Hallo, ich biete hier mein Zimmer am Eselsberg an. Ich wohne in einer 3er WG mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, ausgestatteter Küche etc.
Ich belasse meine Möbel (Bett, Schrank, Teppisch, Lampe, Regal von Ikea) hier und nehme dafür 600€ Ablöse (ca. 50% des Neupreises, Möbel sind alle in einem super Zustand). Ausserdem wirdnocheine geringe Ablöse für die WG Utensilien fällig (Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Küchenmobiliar) aber das ist nicht die Welt ;)
Es werden Zum Winter 2 Zimmer frei, ein Mieter bleibt wohnen.
