The room is in first floor which has two rooms and common bathroom, toilet. The room has two big cupboards for clothes and other things, a couch and a couch-to-bed and a carpet. There is an option to buy Table - 2, chair -1 for a very reasonable price.
The room has abundant light coming in from three big windows and the place looks very spacious.
It is located perfectly for university goers and also for working class.

I would be leaving the flat as I move to another country so i'm looking for someone to fill in this room. The flat here is very relaxed and there is a huge garden for TT and Barbecue which we do very often. All of them are university students (2 Masters and 1 bachelors) in the Ulm University. They all speak German (Mother tongue) and also English plus very friendly and helpful people. Rest assured you will have a great time here!
