Weil mein Mitbewohner bald aussieht such ich einen Neuen. Ist hier nur zur Zweit. Hier ist es immer ruhig und leise, abseits der Hauptstraß. Es gibt eine Rewe direkt in der Nähe und ist nicht zu weit weg von Essen oder Wuppertal.
In der Wohnung ist auch gut ausgestattet. Gibt ein Balkon, und relativ viel Platz.
Haustiere nach Vereinbarung aber soll ok sein. Ich will bald einen Hund :) Katzen leider nicht, weil ich hoch allergisch bin.
Es gibt momentan Bauarbeit in dem Wohnzimmer soll aber hoffentlich bald weg sein.

Ein bisschen über mich: Ich bin Amerikaner, 36, ich arbeite in IT und Home Office. Ich leibe Musik, bin chillig, koche oft, bin immer sauber und ordentlich, spiele Xbox (Apex Legends ist mein Ding obwohl ich Scheiße bin lol) und alles ist mir lustig.
Wohnung ist möbliert aber das Zimmer nicht.
Wonach ich suche: Jemand, der/die einfach cool ist, respektvoll, und relativ sauber ist. Ich brauch nicht viel.
Wonach ich NICHT suche: Ein/e Student/in, der/die nur trinken und feiern will. Meine Party-Tagen sind leider vorbei.
Gibt in der Nähe eine Bushaltestelle und Bus-HBF ist ungefähr 10 Minuten Weg.
Rewe und Kaufland in der Nähe. Rewe ist 4 Minuten entfernt.
Ein schöner Park ~12 Minuten
Hier ist es echt ruhig und nie laut. Die Nachbarn sind auch sehr nett (die daunten ist mega nett). Die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön, grün, und sauber. Ich geh sehr oft zum Park in der Nähe.
Wie ist es mit mir zu wohnen: Ich in auch relative ruhig und arbeite viel zuhause. Ich höre viel Musik aber oft mit Kopfhörer also nicht störend. Ich koch auch oft und geh oft zum Fitnessstudio. Mein Deutsch ist nicht super fließend aber wir kommen damit auf jeden Fall klar.
