Dear apartment seekers,
A 20 m² room in a beautiful, sunny 3-person shared flat is for rent from end of February (beginning of March). It has a view of the mountains and the countryside and it is perfect for house plants =)
-Room cost: €445 incl. operating costs. Does not include the internet fee paid separately
-The desk and cupboard in the room can be taken over for 100 euro
-A bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, extra toilet, a kitchen-living room with a new fitted kitchen and a cozy corner couch. Large balcony approx. 15 m² with sun all day in summer.
-The kitchen is new and fully equipped. Each of the three rooms has a TV connection.
-a private car park can be provided free of charge.
-No shared flats, non-smokers and no pets
Völs is about 10 minutes west of Innsbruck, but the distances to the universities in Innsbruck are very short, often faster than if you live in Innsbruck depending on where you want to go.
There is a bike path and a good bus connection to Medicine, Hauptuni, Technik, CCB ... also the train connection to the Sowi, MCI is very good, close to the airport Innsbruck
