Hello, ab sofort suche ich eine Nachmieterin für mein kleines, aber feines Zimmer in einer gemütlichen 2er WG in Völs.
Voraussetzung: Studium an der fhGesundheit (mit dem Bus ist man in 10 min dort)
Zur Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist für 2 Personen sehr groß, auch das Bad mit Badewanne ist geräumig!
Zimmer: Das Zimmer ist 12 m2 groß, Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode und Schrank gehören fix zur Wohnung. Die Matratze kann gegen einen kleinen Betrag gerne übernommen werden.
Auch von diesem Zimmer hat man Zugang auf den großen Balkon.
Miete: Aktuell beträgt die Miete 273€ Wasser, Heizung und Strom inklusive.
W-lan: ca. 15€ pro Monat
