Dein Zimmer ist 15m² groß, ist im obersten Stock des Hauses mit Blick in die Scweiz und auf den Rhein. Es hat ein Fenster, einen Holzboden mit Dielen und ist sehr hell. Die Wohnung ist voll eingerichet, daher verlange ich eine Kaution.
Your room is 15m², located on the top floor of the house with a view of Switzerland and the Rhine. It has a window, wooden floorboards, and is very bright. The apartment is fully furnished, so I require a deposit.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Eschbach Waldshut 50m vom Rhein entfernt, hat einen Balkon und eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Rhein in die Schweiz. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichet, vor allem das Wohnzimmer mit anchließender Dachterasse ist sehr eindrucksvoll und wunderschön. In 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt von Waldshut, in 5 Minuten am Rhein und an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es viele in der Umgebung.
The apartment is located in the Eschbach district of Waldshut, 50 meters from the Rhine. It has a balcony and a terrace with a view of the Rhine and Switzerland. It is cozily furnished, especially the living room with an adjoining roof terrace is very impressive and beautiful. You can reach the city center of Waldshut on foot in 20 minutes, the Rhine and public transport in 5 minutes. There are plenty of parking spaces in the area.
Da ich beruflich bis Oktober 2025 in der Schweiz arbeite, suche ich für diesen Zeitraum einen Mitbewohner/eine Mitbewohnerin für meine untergemietete Wohnung. Daher ist mein Mietvertrag auch bis Ende Oktober 2025 befristet.
Ich bin ein ruhiger Psychologiestudent und auszubildender Strahlenschützer (33), der in seiner Freizeit sehr gerne kocht. Deshalb ist die Küche voll ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Schneidebretter, Mikrowelle e.c.t.).
Unser Badezimmer hat einen großen Spiegel und eine Badewanne, in der man duschen kann. Die Toilette ist separat.
Bist du rücksichtsvoll, gesellig, achtsam im Umgang mit Möbeln, zahlst die Miete pünktlich und respektierst Privatsphäre, dann bist du bei mir richtig.
