Hallo Zusammen,
mein Name ist Walid Ayoub und ich wohne in der Schumannstraße 8 in Warburg. Derzeit suche ich eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner für meine Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten ist der REWE zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Innenstadt ist 8 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist 72 qm² groß mit Balkon. Es ist eine neue Einauküche vorhanden, bei der du dich mit 750€ beteidigen musst. Außerdem hat die Wohnung ein großes Badezimmer mit Fenster und Dusche. Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon gestattet.
Das Verhältnis zu den Nachbarn ist sehr gut.
Mir ist es wichtig, dass der oder die neue Mitbewohnerin gut deutsch spricht.
