The location of the apartment is gold🤌🏻💋 It is 10 minutes to the beach, 2 Minutes to the University of Economics, 9 minutes to the Main Building of the Medical University, 2 minutes to the pazar, 5 minutes to red square and 3 minutes to sea garden. There are plenty of supermarkets (Billa, CBA) and many other shops and restaurants/cafés surrounding the apartment (location is 1 minute from Martini Bar, if you want to look it up on google maps🗺🧭).

I have extremely nice neighbors, who safe us from spiders, help us with bulgarian and who are additionally extremely noise tolerant.
Smoking is allowed on the balconies.
To myself: if it isn't coronatime, I love to go out, meet with friends, to travel and have a party now and then. I am not a big consumer of any drug (liquid or solid), but it happens that I have a drink sometimes and I am fine with you drinking and whatelse you like to consume😉. I like night runs, surfing, swimming, beach days, dancing and singing, walks, painting, plants, baking, cooking, movie nights and games and I looove fooood. Foooood? Foooood!🤤 I will be in 4th year in October (🤞🏻)
I also have a big mouth and some would probably say I am the class clown🤡 but if my flatmate wins my heart, he/she/it becomes my partner in crime🤜🏻💥🤛🏻meeemoooriiiieees...💫 (but you MUST be fine with dirty jokes)

Any other free walking animals are not possible for long term, because of Emma. But I work with a dog shelter and it could happen that once in a while a puppy stays for a few days for fostering.❤ 🐾
To me it is important that the community areas are clean and tidy. I don't care what you are doing in your room, but it should be clean in the community areas. That's just part of being respectful in shared flats☺

I am looking for two flatmates from September for this apartment. It has two floors (two bedrooms and the yellow bathroom upstairs), two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with their own balconies, a pantryroom and one living/cooking area with another balcony.
All rooms have new airconditioners (for heating and cooling). The apartment has everything you need, including washingmashine, dishwasher, microwave, big fridge/freezer combination, stove, oven, kitchen hood, TV, a bluetooth speaker with ordentlich Bums (this is german for it has ordentlich Bums!), 200MB internet connection, cyclon vacuum cleaner, robot vacuum cleaner and a cute dog! A cute dog? A cute dooog!😎 Her name is Emma and she is very quiet and cuddly.
