Also, im Grunde wohnst du direkt auf dem Bauhaus-Unicampus :D Es sind nur ein paar Schritte zum Hauptgebäude, zur M18 oder zum Bauhaus-Atelier. Außerdem ist die Reservebank (Kneipe) direkt gegenüber, aber auch Salon K und Falken sind nur wenige fußläufige Minuten entfernt. 
Nur ca. 4 Minuten zu Fuß und du bist am Wielandplatz, wo du den Nahkauf, (der bis 24 Uhr geöffnet hat), die Brotklappe und die Uni-Bib findest. 
Etwa 8 Minuten entfernt ist der Theaterplatz. Dort gibt es einen größeren Rewe, einen DM und jede Menge anderer Geschäfte, dort bist du mitten in der Fußgängerzone. 

Long story short, es ist alles super nah und fußläufig erreichbar :)

So, basically you live directly on the Bauhaus-Uni campus :D It is only a few steps to the main building, to the M18 or to the Bauhaus Atelier café. In addition, the Reservebank bar is directly opposite, but also Salon K and Falken are just a few minutes on foot away. 
Only approx. 4 minutes walk and you are at the Wielandplatz, where you can find the supermarket Nahkauf (which is open until midnight), the Brotklappe and the university library. The Theaterplatz is about 8 minutes away. There is a bigger supermarket, a drugstore and a lot of other shops, since you are at the heart of the pedestrian zone. 

Long story short, everything is super close and within walking distance :)

Du wohnst mit Leila und Leo zusammen. Die beiden sind super liebe, aufgeschlossene Menschen, die ein aktives Studi-Leben in Weimar führen. Leila befindet sich in den let Kunst und Leo ist gerade mit ihrer Medienkultur-Bachelorarbeit fertig geworden und wird in der nächsten Zeit auch ausziehen, sodass Du dich aktiv an der WG-Konstallation beteiligen kannst. Wir treffen uns immer wieder mal für einen Plausch in der Küche. Wenn du dich nach einem anstrengenden Tag zurückziehen möchtest, gibt es auch dafür auf jeden Fall Verständnis :) Generell achten wir auf einen angenehmen respektvollen Umgang miteinander :) 

Zur übersichtlicheren Aufteilung der Hausarbeit haben wir einen Putz- und Müllplan :)
In unserer WG sprechen wir Deutsch, Farsi und Englisch. Da Englisch unsere gemeinsame Sprache ist, unterhalten wir uns im Alltag meistens auf Englisch. Keine Sorge, du musst kein perfektes Englisch sprechen – es ist für uns alle nicht die Muttersprache. Es wäre ideal, wenn ihr eure Anfrage auf Englisch schreiben könntet.

You live with Leila and Leo. They are both super nice, open-minded people who lead an active student life in Weimar. Leila is currently studying art and Leo has just finished her bachelor's thesis in media culture and will be moving out in the near future so that you can actively participate in the flat-sharing arrangement. We always meet up for a chat in the kitchen. If you want to retire after a busy day, we will definitely understand :) In general, we make sure that we treat each other with respect :) 

We have a cleaning plan to help us organise the housework :)
We speak German, Farsi and English in our shared flat. As English is our common language, we usually speak English in everyday life. Don't worry, you don't have to speak perfect English - it's not our mother tongue. It would be ideal if you could write your request in English.

Wir haben einen alten Mietvertrag bei dem drei Menschen als Mieter*innen eingetragen sind. Wenn du dazukommst, dann bekommst du einen ergänzenden Mietvertrag, d.h. du übernimmst die Stelle von der ausziehenden Person :) Meld dich gerne, wenn du fragen dazu hast:)

Für den Abschluss des Mietvertrags möchte die Hausverwaltung
- Nachweis über Anstellung (entweder ein Arbeitsvertrag, oder Gehaltsnachweise der letzten drei Monate)
-oder Bürgschaft der Eltern mit Gehaltsnachweis der letzten der Monate.

We have an old tenancy agreement in which three people are registered as tenants. If you join us, you will get a supplementary tenancy agreement, i.e. you will take over the place of the person moving out :) Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions:)

For the conclusion of the tenancy agreement, the housing administration requires
- Proof of employment (either an employment contract or proof of salary for the last three months)
-or a parental guarantee with proof of salary for the last three months.
