Wohnungsbeschreibung: Die Wohnung besteht aus 5 Schlafzimmern, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem kleinen Aufenthaltsraum. Die vorhanden Küchengeräte sind ein Kühlschrank, Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine und Trockner, sowie alle Arten von Küchenutensilien. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und wir haben gemeinsamen Zugang zu seinem Garten.
Mitbewohner-Situation:
Wir sind derzeit drei Männer und eine Frau, hauptsächlich Studenten. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt. Die meisten von uns sind Tagsüber außer Haus. Der fünfte Raum ist im Moment unvermietet. Ich, die Frau, werde Ende dieses Monats ausziehen.
Die Bus- und Zughaltestellen sind 7 bzw. 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Bus und Zug fahren in regelmäßigen Abständen. Der Niederweimar See ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
ALDI, EDEKA, eine Apotheke, Friseur, Eisdiele, Döner Restaurant und Bäckerei sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite gibt es eine Tankstelle.

I'm moving out as I am going abroad for a semester . Room available as of 01.08.2018.
The room is also open for permanent rent.
Room situation: fully furnished 12 m2 room with it's own bathroom (shower included). Furnishing consists of one big wardrobe, a writing table,a bed and mattress, shelves and two cupboards. Warm rent including wifi: 265 euros. Deposit: 350 euros
Flat description: The flat consists of 5 bedrooms, a fully equiped kitchen, and a small common room. Kitchen appliances consist of : fridge, oven, stove, microwave, washing machine and dryer, as well as all kinds of utensils. The landlord is very nice and we have joint access to his garden.
Flatmate situation:
We are currently 3 males and 1 female, mainly students. The atmosphere is very relaxed and we all leave the house for the greater part of the day. The fifth room is empty at the moment. I, the female, will move out at the end of this month.
The bus and train stops are 7 and 2 min away by foot, respectively. Transport available at regular intervals. The Niederweimar See is a 10 min walk away.
ALDI, EDEKA, a pharmacy, hair dresser, ice cream parlor, Doner restaurant and a bakery are a few minutes' walk away. Gas station on the opposite side of the street.
