Hallo, wir suchen DICH!! Für unsere helle und freundliche Wohnung am Standrand in Wendlingen in ruhiger Lage. Vorerst befristet, wenn wir viben gerne auch länger! Das Zimmer ist nicht möbeliert aber verfügt über ein Fenster. Leider habe ich aktuelle nur ein Bild davon, weitere Folgen.
Hello, we are looking for YOU!!! For our bright and friendly apartment on the outskirts of Wendlingen in a quiet location. Right now the offer ist limited but if we vibe unlimited possible. There are now furniture in the room but has a window. Unfortunaltey i don't have more pictures of the room right now, but more will follow.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Stadtrand. Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich 2 Gehminuten von hier. Zur Stadt braucht du 10 Minuten zu Fuß und zum Bahnhof etwa 20 Minuten.
In der Nähe hat es einen Discounter (Aldi) welcher in 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist.
Mit dem Auto bist du in 5 Minuten auf der A8.
Wenn du gerne laufen oder spazieren gehst, hast du du eine top Lage. Denn direkt vor der Haustüre hast du tolle Möglichkeiten. Oder Möglichkeit and er Lauter (Fluß bzw. Bach) bei einem kühlen Blonden die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
The apartment is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the city. The nearest bus stop is 2 minutes walk from here. To the city you need 10 minutes by foot and to the train station about 20 minutes.
Nearby there is a discount store (Aldi) which can be reached in 5 minutes.
By car you are on the A8 in 5 minutes.
In case you like to go for a run or a walk, you have a great location. Right in front of the door you have some nice options. Or you can relax with a cool beer on the Lauter (river or stream).

Wir (Roxana, Philipp und unsere Hündin Milka) leben auch in der Wohnung. Untermieten unser Zimmer allerdings bis März 2025 (Mitbewohnerin Zsuzsa + 2 Katzen).
