Die Küche, die wir uns teilen, ist voll ausgestattet und hat neben Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Backofen noch diverse Küchengeräte vor allem auch eine Espressomaschine zu bieten.
Möbliert ist das gemütliche Zimmer mit Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, kleiner Esstisch, einem geräumigen Einbauschrank und Regalen. Auf Wunsch können auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher gestellt werden. (Die Deko muss so nicht bleiben.)
Schöner Garten mit Altbestand und Gasgrill, der mit genutzt werden kann.
Ideal für Mitarbeitende der DLR oder kurzfristig Suchende.
Bright and furnished room with an own loggia and bathroom. Another room (8 m², 150 €+) can be rented additionally - than you have your own floor. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher and a lot of other kitchen-helpers, especially an espresso-machine.
The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, small dining-table, a spacious wardrobe and shelves. Linen and towels can also be provided.
Nice garden with old trees and a gas-barbecue, which can also be used.

Blick ins Grüne. Jeweils nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur S-Bahn, zum idyllischen Weßlinger See oder zu den Spazierwegen im Wald. Der Edeka ist 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Alle weiteren Geschäfte findet man in Gilching (5 km oder 1-2 S-Bahn-Stationen), 38 Minuten zum Münchner Hauptbahnhof.

Meine Familie ist ausgezogen und das Haus zu groß für einen allein. Manchmal kommt mal eines der erwachsenen Kinder zu Besuch. Ich freue mich über einen gelegentlichen gemeinsamen Kaffee oder einen Mitgenießer für ein neues Ofengericht - für zwei kochen macht einfach mehr Spaß.
