I am an artist/filmmaker - as I will be working abroad in September, I am renting out a room in my flat.
It's a large room in a bright and quiet 2-person flat with a cat and a view of a beautiful green square, Ilgplatz.
You will love the flat because of its beautiful view, lots of light, cosiness and proximity to nature as well as the centre. It is located above the Circus Museum and a beautiful square.
The flat has typical Viennese charm: high ceilings, wooden floors, large rooms and stylish furniture. All rooms are flooded with light and have a beautiful view of either the square or a green courtyard.
Your room (25 m2) overlooks the square - it is fully furnished (bed, couch, wardrobe). A desk for writing can be added on request.
The living room (20 m2), the kitchen and the bathroom are shared with my flatmate Alina and my cat Ramy. Alina is an artist and psychologist, very friendly and cheerful. Ramy is a 4-month-old Russian blue kitten, playful and cuddly.
The flat is about 80 m ² and equipped with all necessary appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, iron, smoothie machine). It is located on the 2nd floor, there is a small communal balcony by the corridor
The flat is located on a nice green square, near the park Prater and the business university.
It is close to U2 Messe Prater and U1 Vorgartenstraße. The area is residential, green, and there are quite some nice bars and restaurants.
It is nearby Donauinsel (10 min by bike), which is the perfect spot for swimming inn summer and prater (10 min walking), which is a huge park.
