Ich mache ein Auslandssemester und suche eine/n Untermieter/in für die Zeit. Die Daten sind flexibel.
Voll möbliertes hohes Altbauzimmer in 3er WG. Perfekt, dass ihr nur mit euren Sachen kommen müsst. Das Zimmer hat einen Kleiderschrank, ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch, 2 Regale, ein (Schlaf-)Sofa und einen Couchtisch. In dem Zimmer ist es recht leise und es verfügt über ein klassisches Altbaufenster mit Blick zum Lichthof.
Die Wohnung hat eine große voll ausgestattete Küche (mit Geschirrspüler). Wohnzimmer mit großem Balkon. Bad (mit Duschbadewanne und Waschmaschine) und getrennte Toilette (sehr praktisch in einer WG). Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock und hat keinen Aufzug.
I am spending a semester abroad and am looking for a subtenant for the time. The dates are flexible.
Fully furnished high ceilinged old building room. Perfect that you only have to come with your personal belongings. The room has a closet, a bed, a desk, 2 shelves, a ( sleeping-)sofa and a coffee table. The room is really quiet and has a classic old building window with a courtyard view.
The apartment has a large fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher). Living room with large balcony. Bathroom (with shower bath and washing machine) and separate toilet (very practical in a shared flat). The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has no elevator.
Super Lage, direkt beim Prater. Wenige Gehminuten zum Praterstern (U1, U2, S-Bahn, Bim...), noch schneller zum Bus oder Messe-Prater (U2). Direkt bei der WU. Billa um die Ecke. Penny, Hofer, Lidl, Spar, Bipa und DM ebenfalls nicht weit weg. Der Billa im Praterstern hat sogar Sonntags offen. Im Haus ist eine Pizzeria (jede Take-away Pizza um 5€). Der grüne Prater lädt zum Spazierengehen ein oder joggen. Die Donau ist auch in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Donauinsel ebenfalls Fußläufig. Der Vorgartenmarkt ist um die Ecke. Und auf der anderen Seite ist der Donaukanal nicht weit weg. Die perfekte Mischung aus Zentral und Ruheoase.
Wonderful located, right next to the Prater. Just a few minutes' walk to Praterstern (U1, U2, S-Bahn, Tram...), even quicker to the bus or Messe-Prater (U2). Right next to the University of Economics. Billa around the corner. Penny, Hofer, Lidl, Spar, Bipa and DM also not far away. The Billa in Praterstern is even open on Sundays. There is a pizzeria in the building (every take-away pizza costs €5). The green Prater invites you to go for a walk or a jog. The Danube can also be reached by foot in 15 minutes and the Danube Island is also within walking distance. The Vorgartenmarkt is just around the corner. And on the other side, the Danube Canal is not far away. The perfect mix of central and peaceful oasis.
Du würdest mit Adrian und Schams zusammen wohnen. Adrian studiert Psychologie und Schams arbeitet als Kellner. Die WG versteht sich gut und Gespräche in der Küche sind willkommen. Es gibt einen Putzplan und es wird versucht die Wohnung sauber zu halten.
You would live with Adrian and Schams. Adrian is studying psychology and Schams works as a waiter. They are nice flatmates and conversations in the kitchen are welcome. There is a cleaning schedule and everyone tries to keep the apartment clean.
