Sonniges Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete

Unsere Lage lässt viel Freiraum für alle möglichen Aktivitäten.
Sie ist 5 Fußminuten vom Prater entfernt, was vor allem im Sommer sehr angenehm ist falls man mal eine Auszeit von der Großstadt braucht und nur 8 min vom Donaukanal um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

die U-Bahn Station Rochusgasse ist nur 5min entfernt und die Station Wien Mitte (Landstraße) 10
die Straßenbahn 1 fährt direkt vor der Haustüre weg

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch zu genüge! Der Hofer ist direkt ums Eck (traumhaft) und ein Billa in 3min zu erreichen. Ein türkischer Supermarkt, mit der Besten Wassermelone überhaupt, ist ebenfalls 20m von der Haustüre entfernt

Our location offers plenty of freedom for various activities. We are just a 5-minute walk from Prater (a big Park), which is especially pleasant in the summer when you need a break from the city, and only 8 minutes from the Danube Canal to unwind at the end of the day.
The Rochusgasse subway station is only 5 minutes away, and Wien Mitte (Landstraße) station is 10 minutes away. The tram line 1 also departs right in front of the door.
There are plenty of shopping options as well! The Hofer (Austrian supermarket) is just around the corner (fantastic), and a Billa (another supermarket) can be reached in 3 minutes. A Turkish supermarket, with the best watermelon ever, is also just 20 meters from the front door.

Du würdest mit Thomas (22) und Konsti (22) zusammen wohnen, beide sind echt super süße Boys

Sie sind ordentlich, witzig und vor allem im Sommer immer für Spikeball zu haben :)
Falls du untertags arbeiten musst oder allgemein müde bist sind sie Rücksichtsvoll und haben volles Verständnis falls du lieber alleine im Zimmer bist oder einfach mal Zeit für dich brauchst.

Sie wissen noch nicht genau wann und wo sie im Urlaub sind also könnte es auch gut sein, dass du 2 Monate fast alleine in der WG wärst.

You would be living with Thomas (22) and Konsti (22), both of whom are really cute guys. They are tidy, funny, and always up for playing Spikeball, especially during the summer.
If you have to work during the day or are generally feeling tired, they are considerate and fully understand if you prefer to be alone in your room or need some time for yourself.
They haven't decided yet when and where they will be on vacation, so it's possible that you would have the WG (shared apartment) almost to yourself for 2 months.

Dadurch dass eben meine Mitbewohner vielleicht im Sommer nicht in Wien sind, wäre es quasi ein essential dass du meine Pflanzen gießt :) deswegen wäre es natürlich umso besser wenn du auch welche zuhause hast. Grüner Daumen ist nicht vorausgesetzt, alle meine Pflanzen sind eigentlich recht robust und haben auch bis jetzt auch meine Mitbewohner überlebt.

Ansonsten wäre es voll schön wenn du vielleicht ein Bild mitschicken könntest :)


Since my flatmates might not be in Vienna during the summer, it would be essential for you to water my plants :) So it would be even better if you also have some plants at home. Having a green thumb is not required, as all my plants are quite resilient and have survived my previous flatmates so far.

Otherwise, it would be really nice if you could maybe send a picture along with your response
