Das Zimmer ist schon mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht: Bett, Schrank, Tisch und Regalen (ohne Ablöse, müssen auch nicht übernommen werden). Die Wohnung ist geräumig und besteht aus einer großen Küche, großem Bad und Wohnzimmer. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, alles da.
Die Miete beträgt mit allem drum und dran 365€, die Kaution 900€.

The room is furnished with evrything you need: bed with matress, desk, wardrobe, shelves. If you have yourown furniture you can sell or give away all these except for the wardrobe.There is a lot of common space in the flat itself: the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom are pretty large. The flat also has luxury amenities like a dishwasher and washing machine ;) The rent is 365€ all in, 900€ deposit.
Lage
Sehr zentral. Wir sind gleich beim Stadtpark, zu Fuß zur Landstraße 8 Minuten, zum Karlsplatz weniger als 10 Minuten. U4, U1, U2, U3 und diverse Straßenbahnen (71, D, 2) alle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Spar, Landstraße Mall usw.sind auch alle zu Fuß zu erreichen.

We are right at the corner of Stadtpark, with U4 and a number of trams available at a 5 mins walking distance. The city centre as well bits of nature(Stadtpark, Belvedere, Kanal, Prater) are very close and can be reached byfoot. All shopping needs are close by too.
WG-Leben
Wir sind eine internationale WG mit 6 Leuten im Alter von 21 bis 31 Jahren, die teils studieren und teils schon arbeiten. In der WG sprechen wir Deutsch und Englisch. Wir sind recht offen und trinken gern mal am Abend ein Glas Wein gemeinsam, man kann sich aber auch gut zurückziehen. Wir kochen gemeinsam, gehen ein Eis essen oder plaudern einfach mal in der Küche. Meistens ergibt sich das spontan. Alles kann nichts muss :)

We all do different things, some of us are students some working. Everyone is usually busy during the day but we find time to hang out in the evenings, occasionally have a spontaneous dinner together or a couple of drinks. In the "normal times" we have friends around aswell and through an occasional party. We are looking for someone friendly and laid back.
