The old Viennese style building has a beautiful old entrance and the apartment is right at the raised ground floor. Your room is furnished with a bed, desk, cloths rack, table near the bed and a shelf, so you got everything you need. If you feel like you need more furniture feel free to add more, but please remove them when leaving. Currently I am using this room and I will nake space for your cloths and stuff on the cloth rack and the shelf. I am visiting my family in India during February. The room will be available for the whole month. So you got plenty of time to explore Vienna and figure out what area of Vienna you like most :) The common areas you will be sharing with your flatmates will be the two living rooms, a toilet, a bathroom and a kitchen.
The flat is located very close to the city center, about 15min walk or 2 metro stations away. This gives you the oppertunity to explore the city quiet easily :D The U1 metro station "Taubstummengasse" is right in front of the flat and can be even seen from the window. There are a lot of restaurents, shops, attractions and further more in the vicinity, most of them in walking distance. The street Mayerhofgasse is not a busy street, so there will not be a lot of noise coming from outside. Your window is faced to the south so you will also have a lot of light coming in.
Your flatmates will be:
Thibault: He is originally from France and came to Vienna for an internship. But he fell in love with the city and now he can't imagine living anywhere else :D He is usually up for anything! Especially when it comes to sports and partys.
Marie: She is originally from Germany and is a veterinary medicine student. She likes to go boulderin and is often up for a beer and nice converstions.
Christian: He is also originally from Germany and is an architecture student. He is very nice and very communicative. Architecture and everything that has to do with it is his passion, so he loves to show people around the city and talk about history, art and culture.
From time to time we are also motivated to invite friends and throw a party in our flat. We always have an great time, so you will easily get to meet new people :)
I won't be in Vienna during your stay, but here are some info about me: I am mostly born and brought up in Vienna, but I have my roots in south of India. I am an electrical engineerging student studying in Vienna. My biggest passions are cooking and backing. I also enjoy reading a good book, cycling, playing or listening to music and doing DIY projects.
Rent: 500€ all inclusive(gas, electricity, household insurence and internet)
Contract: Your will get a subtenant contact.
Currently, I am the main tenant and the other are subtenants.
Availability: 31st January till 28th Febraury 2023
