Das Zimmer hat mit 14m² ausreichend Platz, sodass dir neben einem 1,40m Bett und einem großen Schreibtisch immer noch einiges an freier Fläche - für beispielsweise Sport - bleibt. Bettwäsche, Stauraum in Schränken, ein Fernseher mit HDMI-Kabel ein kleines Soundsystem, diverse Zimmerpflanzen, ein Hangboard und eine Fitnessmatte sind, wenn du möchtest, dabei.
The room offers enough space for a 1.40m bed and a big desk, while still leaving enough space for activities. Bedding, space in the wardrobe, a TV with HDMI-cable, a small sound system, diverse plants, a hang-board and a fitness mat are included, if you like.
Die Wohnung liegt mit 15 Gehminuten sehr nahe am Karlplatz; der Anschluss mit Bus zum Hauptbahnhof oder der Maria-Hilfer-Straße ist mit 10 Minuten auch sehr angenehm. In 10 Gehminuten ist man an der U4, in unter 5 Gehminuten gibt es drei verschiedene Lebensmittelläden und jede Menge Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen. Mit dem Fahrrad (das ich gerne verleihe) erreicht man jeden Punkt im Zentrum Wiens in unter 20 Minuten.
The flat lies within 15 minutes by foot to Karlsplatz, the connection by bus to Vienna Main Station or Maria Hilfer street with 10 minutes is also really fast. Within 10 minutes of walking you reach the U4 underground, in 5 minutes of walking you reach 3 different grocery stores and lots of possibilities to get some food, drinks or do activities. By bike (which i can give you) every spot in and around the city centre is reachable within 20 minutes.
Die WG ist voll ausgestattet: Bad mit Waschmaschine, Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Natürlich sind auch Geschirr, Gläser und viele Kochutensilien vorhanden. Das WG-Leben an sich ist sehr harmonisch und freundschaftlich und - dank eines effektiven Putzplans - auch sauber. Während der zwei Monate werden meine MitbewohnerInnen auch nicht im Lande sein, daher steht noch nicht fest wer in dem Zeitraum noch in der WG wohnen wird.
The student apartment is fully furnished: The bathroom has a washing machine, the kitchen has a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer department. Table ware, glasses and many useful tools for cooking are also available. The shared flat life itself is very harmonious and amicable, and - thanks to an effective cleaning schedule - also clean. During the two months my flate mates will not be around, therefore it is not yet clear who else will be living in the flat during that time.
Wie bereits erwähnt kann auch gerne ein voll ausgestattetes Rad verleihen. Es ist nicht das Neueste, aber es bringt einen sicher ans Ziel. Alternativ gibt es direkt nebenan eine Wien-Mobil-Fahrradstation.
Like already mentioned I can offer a fully equiped bike. It is not the newest, but it gets the job done. Alternatively, there is a Wien-Mobil-bikestation very close by.
