Ich ziehe von Anfang September bis Ende November für ein Praktikum ins Ausland und suche jemanden der für diesen Zeitraum mein Zimmer in meiner tollen WG übernehmen will (:
Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß, hell und auf eine ruhige Seitenstraße ausgerichtet. Da ich nach dem Praktikum wieder zurück komme, bleiben alle Möbel im Zimmer.
Die Wohnung hat eine Küche mit 2 Kühlschränken, einen Abstellraum, einen großen Flur mit 2 Sofas und ein getrenntes Bad und WC. Außerdem gibt's in der Wohnung einen Balkon, auf dem man am Nachmittag die Sonne genießen kann.

I'm moving abroad for an internship from the beginning of September till the end of November and am looking for someone who wants to move into my amazing WG for this period (:
The room is 18 square metres, bright and faces a quiet side street. As I will be returning after my internship, all the furniture will stay in the room.
The flat has a kitchen with 2 fridges, a storage room, a large hallway with 2 sofas and a separate bathroom and toilet. There is also a balcony where you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon.
Die Lage und Anbindung der Wohnung ist top: 2 Min zur 18er, 1er Bim und zur Badner Bahn, 7 min zur U1 und zum Hauptbahnhof.Die Wiedner Hauptstraße ist super nah und in 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Karlsplatz, 20 Minuten dauert es zum Naschmarkt.
Supermärkte gibt es auch eine Menge: 5min zum Billa und Spar, 8 Minuten zum Hofer und 10 zum Eurospar.
Außerdem gibt es in unserer Nähe einen kleinen Park, indem man Tischtennis spielen oder sich mit einer Decke ins Gras legen kann.

The location and connections to the flat are excellent: 2 minutes to the 18 and 1 tram lines and the Badner Bahn, 7 minutes to the U1 underground line and the main railway station, Wiedner Hauptstraße is very close and Karlsplatz is a 15-minute walk away, Naschmarkt is 20 minutes away.
There are also plenty of supermarkets: 5 minutes to Billa and Spar, 8 minutes to Hofer and 10 to Eurospar.
There is also a small park nearby where you can play table tennis or chill on a blanket in the grass.
Die WG teilst du mit 4 anderen: Cara (29) studiert HR und Coaching , Franzi (27) studiert Raumplanung, Milana (28) studiert Romanistik, Vittoria (24) studiert Biomedical Engineering, geht aber ab August für 5 Monate in die Niederlade für ein Auslandssemester.
Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG, essen oder chillen spontan gemeinsam und machen oft Spieleabende (unsere aktuellen Suchtspiele sind Zug um Zug und Hitster). Sonst gehen wir gerne gemeinsam Essen, ins Theater oder Kino oder unternehmen sonst etwas, wie es eben passt. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander und es wäre natürlich cool, wenn du da auch Lust drauf hättest. Jeder hat aber natürlich seinen Space, wenn er/sie keine Lust auf Gesellschaft hat bleibt die Tür einfach zu. Sauberkeit ist uns sehr wichtig. Geputzt wird nach Plan und jeder macht darüber hinaus das, was eben grade anfällt.

You share the flat share with 4 others: Cara (29) is studying HR and Coaching, Franzi (27) is studying Spatial Planning, Milana (28) is studying Romance Studies, Vittoria (24) is studying Biomedical Engineering, but will be going to the Netherlands for 5 months starting from August for a semester abroad.
We're definitely not a WG that is living together just for financial convenience, we eat or chill out together spontaneously and often have games nights (our current addiction games are Ticket to Ride and Hitster). Otherwise, we like to go out to eat together, go to the theatre or cinema or do anything else that sounds fun. We enjoy spending time together and it would of course be cool if you were up for it too. But of course everyone has their own space, so if you don't feel like socialising, just keep the door closed. Cleanliness is very important to us, we clean according to a schedule.
Das Zimmer kostet insgesamt 463,60€ (inklusive Internet, Strom & Gas) plus 900€ Kaution.
Bitte beachte, dass es sich um eine Zwischenmiete vom 1. September bis 30. November handelt.
