The room comes equipped with several pieces of furniture (fee to be applied for it: ca. 600€): double bed (1,60x2,00), mattress, small bedside cabinet, table in the room, roller blinds to darken the room clothing rack (black), lamp, shelf on the wall, cabinet, a small sized wardrobe.

it is composed of other 2 bedrooms, kitchen (dishwasher included, loads of space for food storage), bathroom (washing machine, towels included), 2 toilets, living room (with dining table). The boiler, dishwasher, and fridge were replaced in the last year, so they are new. Loads of household items already present in the house, such as cutlery, soda stream, mixers and so on.
Pilgramgasse U-bahn station is 4 min away by foot. All around is plenty of grocery stores, bars and restaurants.
2 girls are living in the apartment and they are lovely and outgoing, but super respectful of private spaces and cleanliness of common spaces
