Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung echt grosszügig, mit zwei benachbarten Schlafzimmern, einem Vorraum, den man zum Wohnzimmer machen könnte, Küche, WC, und Bad. Die Wohnung liegt in Richtung Innenhof und bekommt zwar nicht super viel Sonne ab, ist dafür aber mega ruhig und gemütlich. In den Zimmern liegt Fischgrätparkett.
An dem riesigen Baum vor unseren Zimmern kann man die Jahreszeiten ablesen, mal wacht man auf und plötzlich liegt Schnee auf den Ästen, oder die ersten grünen Blätter im Frühling lassen sich vom Bett aus erspähen. Ich glaube es gäb noch viel Raum um ästhetisches an der Wohnung zu verändern, dafür bin ich sehr offen.

The flat is really spacious for two people, consisting of two nearly identical rooms that lie next to each other, a big entrance room that could be used as a living room in the future, a kitchen, bathroom and toilet. It faces away from the street and although it doesnt get lots of direct sunlight its quiet and super cozy. Theres hard wood flooring all throughout the flat.
The huge tree in front of our windows kind of mirrors the seasons, Ive woken up to snow sitting on the branches as well as the first new leaves sprouting in spring. I think theres still lots of potential to make the flat look nicer, so if you enjoy interior design Im super open for ideas!
Im 6. ist man mitten im studentischen Filetstück Wiens: mehrere Lieblingsbars und -Cafés in ZuFussDistanz und so viel gutes Essen, dass man schnell mal fragt: "Zu Edo-Sushi/ Thai Isaan/ Pizzeria Disco Volante?"
Die Gumpendorfer Strasse versprüht mit ihren schäbigen Kristallshops und cozy Beisln neben hippen Coworking-Spaces den nostalgischen Charme einer Gegend an der Schwelle zur Gentrifizierung. Von hier ist man schnell überall, dank den Linien U4, U3 und U6 jeweils 10min entfernt.

In the 6th district youre right in the center of Viennas tastiest student area: multiple favorite cafés and bars accesible by foot and so many good restaurants that its easy to ditch cooking and ask: "How about Edo-Sushi/ Thai Isaan/Pizzeria Disco Volante?"
Gumpendorfer Strasse has lots of charm. Shabby Gem-Shops and traditional "Beisln" (austrian pubs) sit side by side with hip coworking spaces. An area on the brink of gentrification thats super well connected through the underground lines U4, U3 and U6 each 10 min away.
Ich heisse Julia (sie/ihr), bin 24 Jahre alt und studiere Psychologie. Ich verbringe meine Zeit gern damit Collagen zu machen, auf Ausstellungen zu gehen, zu schreiben und mich durch mehr und mehr Makramee Seil durchzuarbeiten für bald ganz viele Pflanzenampeln.
Ich bin auch gerade erst in die liebevoll sog. "Kleinen Gumpe" eingezogen. Klein, da es ein Stockwerk über unserer 2er WG die Grosse Gumpe gibt, eine 5er WG, mit der wir gute diplomatische Beziehungen pflegen. In unserer Hausgemeinschaft kommt es regelmässig zu gemeinsamen Abendessen, wir gehen zusammen auf Partys oder spielen Werwölfe.

My name is Julia (she/they) and I am 24 years old. At the moment I am studying psychology. Besides that I like to spend my time making collages, going to art galleries, sitting in cafes and writing or doing makramee.
Ive recently moved in the nicknamed "Kleine Gumpe" for 6 months. Klein, or small, because one storey above our 2 person flat theres the "Grosse Gumpe", a 5 people flat that were good friends with. We regularly cook together, go to parties or play board games.
Falls du Interesse hast, schreib bitte den Zeitraum rein, für den du gerne untermieten würdest. Kürzer als 3 Monate ist auch ok, finden wir schon eine Lösung! :)
Man muss in einer 2er WG denke ich mehr als in grösseren Wgs in die Kommunikation untereinander investieren, denn es ist schon ein Stück intimer als zu dritt oder zu viert. Daher ist es mir wichtig, mit jemandem zusammen zu wohnen, der Lust hat offen über Bedürfnisse in Bezug auf das WG-Leben zu reden.
Keine Lust auf Homophobie und Queerfeindlichkeit, Transhass oder Rassismus, Sexismus oder Ableismus. Verpisst euch!
