Ich vermiete vom 10. Juli bis (mindestens) 15. August während eines Auslandsaufenthalts mein Zimmer in einer sehr angenehmen 3er-WG an der Burggasse.
Das Zimmer ist groß, hell und möbliert. Es gibt ein großes Bett und frisches Bettzeug auszuborgen.
Bad, Toilette und Küche teilen wir zu dritt. Alles ist insgesamt super ausgestattet, da es die WG schon seit langem gibt und Luca ein toller Koch ist.
Es ist ein bisschen weniger Krimskrams im Zimmer als auf den Fotos zu sehen ist.

While I'm abroad, I'm subletting my room in a very pleasant shared flat at Burggasse from July the 10th (at least) until August the 15th.
The room is big, bright and furnished. There are a rather big bed and fresh sheets to borrow.
Bathroom, toilet and kitchen are being shared with 2 flatmates. Especially the kitchen has everything one might wish for as Luca is a great cook.
The room is a little less full of knick-knacks that what can be seen on the pictures.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Kreuzung Halbgasse / Burggasse.
Zu Fuß sind die U-Bahn-Stationen Burggasse/Stadthalle und Zieglergasse gut zu erreichen, es gibt auch einen Bus, der direkt ums Eck direkt ins Zentrum fährt.
Die Burggasse entlang gibt's viele Bars und Geschäfte, eine recht lebendige Gegend.
The flat is located at Burggasse / Halbgasse.
Metro stations Zieglergasse and Burggasse/Stadthalle can be found within walking distance and there is also a bus that takes you to the center of the city that passes around the corner.
Along Burggasse there are many small bars and shops, it's a rather bustling little neighbourhood.

Luca and Luzie are also living in the flat.
Usually there is cozy calm atmosphere.
Eine Monatsmiete inklusive Strom, Gas und Internet beträgt 440 Euro.
Es ist auch möglich, etwas kürzer oder etwas länger zu bleiben -- das können wir uns auch persönlich ausmachen.
The rent for one month including everything is 440 euros.
It is possible to stay in the flat a little shorter or longer -- we can talk about this in case it is needed.
