Ich bin Elinor, ich zieh schwerenherzens aus beruflichen Gründen, aus dieser tollen WG aus.
Frei wird mein ca 25qm2 Zimmer. (550,-all incl.)
Habe es 1 Jahr lang Lieben dürfen.
Genauso frei wird das Zimmer von David, welcher zurück in die Heimat nach Graz auswandert. (Ca 20qm2, 510,- all incl.)
Beide frei ab Ende September.
Möblierung nach Absprache!
Also auch perfekt für 2Freunde/Innen!

You will love it.
In unserer WG war stets um entspannte Stimmung bemüht. Kein Putzplan, keine WG Kasse. Jeder hat geputzt wenns mal aussah, und Klopapier eingekauft wenn’s leer war. Freunde sind immer gern gesehen, Zusammensitzen mit Bier/Mjam/Kartenspielen oder einfach mal zu einem Glas Wasser in der Küche plaudernd. Alles ganz Corona Konform versteht sich!
Wer will chillt in seinem Zimmer, oder man unternimmt mal was gemeinsam:) alles ganz entspannt.
Es bleiben wohnend: David, 24, Musiker, Hobby Philosoph, irre witzig, immer da wenn man ihn braucht❤️
Reini,31, ITler, meistens auf der Donauinsel mit einem Volleyball unterwegs, Neuestes Mitglied, und sehr handzahm;)
Our flat life was alway very relaxed and fun!
Ordering food, sitting together for a beer and play of cards, or just meeting for a chat in the kitchen. No strings attached!;)
We don’t have a cleaning calendar or WGmoneysystem.
If you felt like it’s Dirty, you cleaned, if the toiletpaper’s out, you buy some new. If there’s something you don’t feel comfortable with, you just talk about it. we have a Very open communication atmosphere:)

Reini, 31, IT Guy (don’t ask me what exactly), mostly seen at Donauinsel with a Volleyball, newest Member of the crew, has a very nice Soul😊
