Die Wohnung ist auf zwei Stockwerke aufgeteilt und hat ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine offene Küche sowie einen kleinen Essbereich mit Tisch im oberen Stockwerk. Das zu vermietende Zimmer befindet sich ebenfalls im oberen Stockwerk und grenzt ans Wohnzimmer, also perfekt für offene Personen, die sich gerne am WG-Leben beteiligen! Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung mit allem was man so für´s Leben und Wohnen braucht.
Das Zimmer könnte teilmöbliert (Bett+Schreibtisch) gegen eine kleine Ablöse übergeben werden.
WG-Leben:
Wir machen alle an der Uni Wien unseren Master (Hannah BWL, Niki BWL, David Raumplanung) und leben seit zwei Jahren in Wien. Neben der Uni gehen wir gerne mal ein Bierchen oder einen Spritzer trinken oder laden auch mal Freunde zum Bierpong spielen ein. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG!
Gemeinsam Filme schauen, zusammen Kochen und einfach Spaß haben gehört also dazu, ist aber nicht jedes Mal Pflicht 😉
Wenn du Lust hast uns kennen zu lernen, dann schreib uns doch einfach mal und komm auf ein kleines Treffen vorbei. (bzw. während dem Lockdown können wir auch ein Videocall vereinbaren)

Details about the room and the apartment:
For rent is a beautiful 11sqm WG room in a WG of 4 in the 7th district with balcony and rooftop terrace!!! The apartment is divided into two floors and has a large living room, an open kitchen and a small dining area with table on the upper floor. The room for rent is also on the upper floor and adjoins the living room, so perfect for open-minded people who like to participate in the WG life! The apartment is equipped with everything you need for living.
Life in the flat:
We are all doing our masters at the University of Vienna (Hannah Business Administration, Niki Business administration, David Geography) and have been living in Vienna for 2 years. Besides university, we like to go out for a beer or some drinks or invite friends to play beer pong. We are not a purpose-built flat share!
Watching movies together, cooking together and just having fun is part of it, but not obligatory every time 😉 .
If you want to get to know us, just write us and come over for a little meeting. (or during the lockdown we can also arrange a video call).
