Das Einzel Zimmer ist ca. 13m2 groß mit zwei alten Fenstern. Die Decke ist etwa 4 m hoch, was den Raum ziemlich groß erscheinen lässt. Im Sommer kommt Sonnenlicht direkt in den Raum, jetzt im Winter viel indirektes Licht. Es gibt einen Ikea-Pax-Kleiderschrank, der auf Wunsch übernommen werden könnte!
Bezugsbereit wäre das Zimmer ab 1.3 aber ich bin flexibel wenn es erst später möglich ist!

Your personal room is about 13m2 with two old windows. The ceiling is about 4m high what it makes it seem bigger than it is. In summer there’s sunlight coming directly into the room, now in winter there’s a lot of indirect light. There’s an ikea pax wardrobe that could be taken over if u wish so!
The room would be ready to move in on 1st of march but it’s possible to move any another later time.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im wunderbaren 1070! Ecke Neustiftgasse/ Kaiserstraße. Nur einen kleinen Spaziergang weg von den kulturellen und künstlerischen Hotspots. Der Bus 48A und die Straßenbahn Nr. 5 Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustür und zur U-Bahn U6 sind es auch nur 5min zu Fuß!
Auch Hofer, Billa, Bipa, eine Apotheke sind gleich um die Ecke!
Im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes befindet sich eine Fahrradwerkstatt. Der Besitzer ist sehr gesprächig und macht von Zeit zu Zeit auch kostenlose Fahrradservice für seine Nachbarn! ;)

The flat is located in wonderful 1070! Corner Neustiftgasse/ Kaiserstrasse. A lot of cultural, artsy places are just a short walk away! The bus 48A and tram nr. 5 stop right outside the front door and to the subway u6 it is also just a 5min walk!
Also Hofer, Billa, Bipa, a pharmacy are just around the corner!
There’s a bike repair shop on the ground floor of the building. The owner is really nice and chatty and also does free bike service from time to time for his neighbours!
Mein Name ist Hannah, ich komme aus Wien, bin 20 Jahre alt und studiere derzeit Vwl und Architektur! Ich arbeite normalerweise Teilzeit bei der Caritas, aber im Moment mache ich eine kleine Pause! Ich bin Vegetarierin und solange du nicht jeden Tag Fleisch isst, kommen wir miteinander aus! Feiern ist cool, aber nicht jeden Tag!
