wir (Julia 33, Sebastian 33) suchen eine/n nette MitbewohnerIn für unser 12 qm großes Zimmer.
Unsere Altbauwohnung mit 3m Deckenhöhe ist 125 qm groß, wurde 2022 kernsaniert (alle Leitungen, Fenster, Fußboden, Bäder, etc.) und befindet sich im 4.Stock in Ost-West Ausrichtung und ist demnach sehr hell.
Die Wohnung soll später mal unser Familiennest sein (planen mit 3 Kiddos), sind derzeit noch nicht schwanger :) und deshalb suchen wir jemanden, der mit uns für ein mind. 3 Monate bis 2 Jahre zusammen leben will. Wir haben in jeden Stein der Wohnung Herzblut gesteckt, darum suchen wir jemanden, der dies wertschätzen kann und ein bisschen mit auf das Stück aufpasst. Dein Benefit ist, dass alles tip top ist, nagelneu und funktioniert und du mit uns ganz gute Menschen und Mitbewohner hast, promise ;) . Dein Zimmer ist derzeit möbliert mit einem 1,8 Meter großen Bett, 1 kleinen Tisch, Schrank und Kommode. Falls eigene Möbel gewünscht sind, lässt sich das auch machen.

we (Julia 33, Sebastian 33) are looking for a new roommate for our 12sm room. Our flat is a classic Vienna Altbau building with 3m high ceilings, renovated 2022 and is east-west aligned - thus super bright inside.
The flat is supposed to be our family cave later when we have kids (arent pregnant now though) and are looking for someone to share for at least 3 months to 2 years. Wir put quite some sweat and love into this place, thats why looking for someone who recognizes this and looks after it as well. Your benefit will be a perfectly working and brand new cozy place in return, of course with the best people as your flatmates, promise ;) Your room is furnished atm: 1,8 m bed, a small table, a dresser and a cabinet. If you want to have your own furniture, that wouldnt be a problem either.

Die Wohnung liegt 2 min von Ubahn Thaliastrasse entfernt, aber einen Block innerhalb des Gürtels, also ohne Lärm aber mit guter Anbindung im 7ten und natürlich besten Bezirk Wiens. Unser Lieblingspark liegt auch 2 Minuten entfernt und die restliche Umgebung ist absolute zentrale Grossstadt-Convenience.

The location is 2 mins away from subway station Thaliastrasse, but within the “Gürtel” (six lane street around the inner center) and one block set back, so quiet but good connection to public transport and of course in the best district in Vienna, the seventh. Our favorite park is just around the corner and distances to everything else is usual large city convenience.

Die Wohnung hat 4 Schlafzimmer, eine große 40 qm Wohnküche, 2 Bäder & 2 Toiletten.
Derzeit lebt noch Manuel (30) bei uns, d.h. es wären mit dir 4 Erwachsene in der WG. Unter der Woche sind wir öfter nicht da, weil wir öfter im Ausland arbeiten müssen. Darum ist die Wohnung sicher nie overcrowded, es ist aber auch nicht so dass nicht mal 8 Leute um den Küchenblock Prosecco trinken.

The flat is a 5-room, four sleeping rooms, one 40sm large living room and open kitchen, two bathrooms and two toilets. Right now theres also Manuel (30) living with us, so it would be four adults in the shared flat. We are traveling quite a lot on working days, so might not be at home half of them, thats why it will not be overly crowded but there will be occasions of 8 people drinking prosecco around the kitchen isle for sure :)

Wir suchen jemanden ab 26 Jahren, Ende Studium, am liebsten aber berufstätig. Ansonsten zu uns: wir arbeiten viel, reisen und sind technoaffin, feiern auch schon mal in Berlin. Wir freuen uns auf deine Nachricht!
