Zwischenmiete Mai & Juni: Großes Altbauzimmer im 8. Bezirk

Die Lage ist wirklich ideal, direkt auf der Albertgasse, Höhe Pfeilgasse. Die Straßenbahnlinien 2, 5, 33 und 46 sind 2-3 Minuten entfernt, zur U6 Josefstädterstraße oder U6 Thaliastraße sind es zu Fuß jeweils ca. 7 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in direktester Umgebung, dm, Spar, Hofer, Trafik etc. sind ganz nah. Das Mamamon ist in 1 Minute zu erreichen, Jonas Reindl ist auch nicht weit und das Café Hummel ist zum Beispiel auch um die Ecke. Der Tigerpark ist direkt um die Ecke, Hamerlingpark und Josef Strauß Park..sehr grüne schöne Gegend. Also alles in allem eine sehr sehr gute Lage.

The location is truly perfect, directly on Albertgasse, at the height of Pfeilgasse. The streetcar lines 2, 5, 33 and 46 are 2-3 minutes away, the U6 Josefstädterstraße or U6 Thaliastraße are each about 7 minutes away on foot.
There are also shopping facilities in the immediate surroundings, dm, Spar, Hofer, Trafik etc. are very close. Mamamon can be reached in 1 minute, Jonas Reindl is also not far away and Café Hummel, for example, is also around the corner. The Tigerpark is just around the corner, Hamerlingpark and Josef Strauß Park..very green beautiful area. All in all, a very good location.

Deine Mitberwohner:innen wären Alba und Stefan (beide 28). Die beiden machen diesen Sommer im Juni ihr Diplom, Alba in Industrial Design an der Angewandten, Stefan in Malerei an der Akademie und beide arbeiten im Bereich Bühne, Kostüm, Theater, Performance und sie sind beide sehr lieb und toll. Gemeinschaftsbereich ist die Küche, von der auch das Zimmer abgeht, dort sitzen wir gerne beisammen. Je nach Woche sind alle mal mehr und mal weniger daheim, kommt immer drauf an! In der Küche wird geraucht, ist aber bei offenem Fenster im Sommer nicht so schlimm.

Your roommates would be Alba and Stefan (both 28). They are both graduating this summer in June, Alba in Industrial Design at the Angewandte, Stefan in Painting at the Academy and both work in the fields of stage, costume, theater, performance and they are both very nice and great. The communal area is the kitchen, from which the room also leads off, where we like to sit together. Depending on the week, everyone is sometimes more and sometimes less at home, it always depends! We smoke in the kitchen, but it's not so bad when the window is open in summer.

Die WG/Wohnung wird leider Ende Juni aufgelöst und ich ziehe bereits Mitte April aus, daher ist das Zimmer nicht länger verfügbar. Die Daten sind aber flexibel, es wäre beispielsweise auch möglich kürzer einzuziehen (z.B. nur im Mai oder nur im Juni).
Idealerweise würde ich das Zimmer gerne unmöbliert untervermieten, für eine Teilmöblierung (Kleiderstange, Matratze, Regal, Stuhl) kann ich aber sorgen, falls das gewünscht ist!
Perfekt wäre das Zimmer für eine Person, die neu nach Wien zieht, schon eigene Möbel mitbringt und in Ruhe nach einer langfristigen Wohnung suchen möchte oder für eine Person, die während einem Praktikum nicht viel braucht :)

Unfortunately, the apartment will be cleared at the end of June and I am already moving out in mid-April, so the room is not available any longer. However, the dates are flexible, it would also be possible to move in for a shorter period (e.g. only in May or only in June).
Ideally, I would like to sublet the room unfurnished, but I can provide partial furniture (clothes rail, mattress, shelf, chair) if desired!
The room would be perfect for a person who is moving to Vienna, already has their own furniture and wants to look for a long-term apartment in peace or for a person who doesn't need much during an internship :)
