The room is not the biggest but still rather spacious due to the very high ceiling. It has wooden floor and a big window through which you can’t see from the street, so there’s no problem privacy wise.
The flat has two bathrooms, you would share yours with Rodrigo. A washing machine and a dishwasher are also available. In the Innenhof there is a place to keep your bike.
If you are interested I‘d gladly sell my bed and desk to you but this is no necessity.
The location of the flat is very nice, as it is close to Schottentor but still in a calm street in the 9th district. This means there are lots of parks (Votivpark, Liechtenstein Park) restaurants and cafes around. Schottentor has many tram connections and U2 and U4 are also nearby.
You‘re gonna live with these lovely people:
Johanna (22) is finishing her Bacherlor in journalism right now. She likes to paint, read and is learning spanish at the moment. Her sister has a cute dog which comes over from time to time.
Ellie (23) is also finishing her Bachelor, this time in Communication Studies and works in the Marketing field. She enjoys listening to podcasts, watching F1, talking about dogs and goes swimming from time to time.
Rodrigo (24) studies sustainable business and also works as a hairdresser at the same time (!). He enjoys photography, volleyball and karaoke. Having lived the longest in the flat (4 years) he knows a lot about the local restaurants and spots.
We are an international WG (Johanna is from Austria, Ellie from Bulgaria, Rodrigo from Brazil) so it would be great if you speak english. Though everyone also speaks some german at least :)
We do lots of things together like watching movies going to parks or for a drink every once in a while, so it would be great if you like participating in some group activities.
