evtl. auch ein paar Tage oder Wochen länger oder kürzer ... das ist auch möglich ;) ... müssten wir dann im Detail besprechen und abstimmen.
Preis beinhaltet alles (NK, Hzg. Strom, WLAN).
Der von uns gemeinsam genutzte große helle Wohn- und Essraum und die Küche (mit Fenster) sind offen miteinander verbunden. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (mit Saftpressse, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine ...)
Das Tageslichtbad mit separaten WC und einer gemütlichen Badewanne ist mega-einladend!
Waschmaschine gibt es auch!
WLAN ist vorhanden.
The bright and quiet room is located in a beautiful 3.5-room old building apartment on the 3rd floor and is rented furnished:
with a comfortable loft bed (140x200), table, chair and cupboard, wooden floor ...
LIMITED: From March 01 until March 30, 2025
maybe a few days or weeks longer or shorter ... that's also possible ;) ... we would then have to coordinate that in detail.
Price includes everything (utility, electricity, WiFi).
The large, bright living and dining room we share and the kitchen (with window) are openly connected to each other. The kitchen is fully equipped (with juicer, kettle, dishwasher...)
The daylight bathroom with separate toilet and a comfortable bathtub is extremely inviting!
There is also a washing machine!
WiFi is available.

Verkehrsanbindung: U4 und Straßenbahnlinie D in 4 Fuß-Minuten erreichbar.
Spar, Anker, Billa, viele hervorragende Restaurants sowie Bars, Frisör, Apotheke, Kaffeehäuser und
ein wöchentlicher Markt sind nur ein paar Schritte entfernt ;)
Sowie die super-köstliche Xocolat-Manufaktur für Schoko-Naschkatzen ;)
Der Donaukanal (4 min Gehminuten), Augarten (12 min) und Liechtensteinpark (6 min) für Spaziergänge sind in unmittelbarer Nähe!
Zum Stephansdom sind es 26 min zu Fuß und 8 min mit dem Radl.

Ich, Sabine, komme ursprünglich aus Süddeutschland und erfülle mir jetzt meinen Wunsch, in meiner Lieblingsstadt Wien zu leben.
Ich bin Malerin und Architektin und studiere an der Uni Wien Kunstgeschichte.
Denn ich liebe die Kunst, vor allem die klassische Moderne und die Zeitgenössische, besuche sehr gerne Ausstellungen (mein Lieblingsmuseum ist die Albertina & die Albertina Modern) und Vernissagen, in der kalten Jahreszeit lese ich gerne im Kaffeehaus die Zeitung oder ein gutes Buch, schlendere mit großem Vergnügen durch die Wiener Gassen und freue mich über neue Entdeckungen ...
Würde mich freuen, wenn wir das ein oder andere Mal zu einer Tasse Tee oder Kaffee plaudern, gemeinsam kochen und etwas unternehmen ... wie es sich ergibt ... einfach ungezwungen und völlig frei!

I am a painter and architect and study art history at the University of Vienna.
Because I love art, especially classical modernism and contemporary art, I enjoy visiting exhibitions (my favorite museum is the Albertina & the Albertina Modern) and openings. In the cold season I enjoy reading the newspaper or a good book in the coffee house and strolling around with great pleasure through the streets of Vienna and look forward to new discoveries...
It would be great, if we could chat over a cup of tea or coffee, cook together .... as it happens... simply relaxed and completely free!
