First off: this is a so-called Durchgangszimmer i.e. one flatmate must walk through this room to reach theirs. Boréa, the flatmate in question, is a student and very respectful, so I personally have never had an issue but be aware of this before contacting me please.
Ok, about the room: look at the pictures. It's beautiful, old floors and old stucco ceiling. Big windows with built in curtains. It faces out onto a road so you don't feel claustrophobic.
I would love for you to buy all of my major furniture off me (bed incl. 2 month old matress, sofa, desk + chair, short cupboard) for an overall price of 450 EUR as I am moving abroad and don't want the hassle of selling these individually.
1min to Friedensbrücke, 30 sec to tram lines 33, 5 and 26. Also 30 sec to S-Bahn towards St. Pölten.
1min respectively to Billa, Spar, Hofer, Denns, Bipa, DM, post office and bank.
Augarten is close as well as the Donau Canal.
Some of us work, some of us study, some of us do both. We're from all different corners of Europe (Irish, French-Hungarian, German and Austrian) and English is our main communication language - which is why this ad is in English. But your English doesn't have to be perfect!
We're definitely sociable and try and have weekly flat dinners, but it's also completely ok if you've had a bad day and want to be left alone.
