The apartment is 80m2 big and has an additional 20m2 terrace with barbecue facilities and a cozy sitting corner.
Im <3 Wiens. Wenn es um Öffis geht hat man die Qual der Wahl. 38er und 37er sind praktisch vor der Tür. 40A, 33er und 5er 5 Minuten entfernt und U6 oder U4 jeweils 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der schöne Liechtensteinpark ist gleich um die Ecke und auch mit dem Rad ist man hier wunderbar angebunden. Spar, Billa, Hofer oder der süße kleine Bio-Laden um die Ecke eignen sich für die täglichen Einkäufe und der Sobieskiplatz lädt zum abendlichen After-Work-Bier ein.

In the <3 of Vienna. When it comes to public transportation, you have the agony of choice. The trams 38 and 37 are practically in front of the door and bring you directly to Schottentor within 10 minutes. Both, the 40A bus, and the trams 33 and 5 are 5 minutes away and the subways U6 or U4 each 10 minutes walk away. The nostalgic Liechtensteinpark is just around the corner and you can easily move around the neighborhood by bike. Spar, Billa, Hofer or the cute little organic store around the corner are suitable for daily shopping and Sobieskiplatz invites you for an after-work beer.
Weltoffen, unternehmungslustig, künstlerisch, italophil, emphatisch, umweltbewusst, sonnig und reiselustig - lautet eine Auswahl an Adjektiven, mit denen mich meine Freunde beschreiben. Ich bin sozusagen "a waschechte Wienerin", bin 28 Jahre jung, habe seit der Matura in 6 Ländern gelebt, in Lissabon meinen Master in Management gemacht und bin glücklich liiert mit meinem Job im Medienbereich.
