Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner_in für unsere WG im 9.Bezirk
Im Zimmer sind Bett, Schreibtisch, zwei Kästen und ein Regal vom Vermieter, also perfekt für Leute wie uns die aus einem Studentenheim hergezogen sind (oder einfach Leute ohne Möbel).
Lage
Die Lage ist echt super
Die Straßenbahn (37 und 38) ist 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt, zur U6 (Nußdorfer Straße) braucht man 2 min. Beim Schottentor ist man mit der Straßenbahn in 10 min.
Billa und Hofer sind direkt gegenüber.
WG-Leben
In der WG wohnen jetzt 2 Menschen. Sie sind beide Studenten und unternehmen viel mit Freunden.
Partys dürfen in der WG leider nicht (mehr) gefeiert werden, es können aber natürlich jederzeit Leute vorbeikommen/übernachten.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und unternehmen viel gemeinsam. Wir freuen uns, dich kennenzulernen!
Sonstiges
WLAN, Heizung, Strom, Wasser ist alles im Preis drin.
Hi!
We are looking for a new flatmate for our WGin the 9th district. In the room there is a bed, desk, two boxes and a shelf from the landlord, so it's perfect for people like us who moved out of a dorm (or simply people without furniture).
The location is really great. The tram (37 and 38) is 1 minute away on foot and the U6 (Nußdorfer Straße) takes 2 minutes. You are also 10 minutes away in tram from Schottentor. There is a Billa and a Hofer very close as well.
Thera are two students right now in the apartment. They both like to hang out and chill.
Parties are unfortunately no longer allowed to be celebrated in the shared apartment, but people can of course come and stay at any time.
We are not a 'purpose' shared flat and do a lot together. We are pleased to meet you!
