Das sonnige (ca. 20m^2 große) Zimmer hat zwei Fenster in Richtung eines sehr ruhigen Innenhofs. Ein großer Einbaukasten bietet viel Platz für alles, was das Herz begehrt. Ein Bett, Schreibtisch + Sessel und kleinere Kästen sind auch vorhanden.
The sonny (ca. 20m^2 ) room has two windows facing a quiet courtyard. A big closet along one wall gives alot of space for anything you might want to store. A bed, desk+chair as well as smaler cupboards are also present.
Mit einer angenehmen Gehzeit von 5 Minuten kann man den Knotenpunkt Matzleinsdorfplatz und die Straßenbahnstation Kliebergasse erreichen.
Schräg gegenüber befindet sich der Waldmüllerpark, der viele Möglichkeiten bietet, um etwas kühlere Luft unter einem Baum zu genießen. Mit einem Roller, oder per Rad, kann der Hauptbahnhof in weniger als 10 Minuten erreicht werden.
In Gehdistanz befinden sich ebenso mehrere Supermärkte, Drogeriemärkte und vieles mehr.
Die Favoritenstraße ist auch in der Nähe, um Kleidung oder ähnliches einzukaufen.

Diagonally across is the Waldmüllerpark. A park with many opportunities to catch a fresh breath of air. With a scooter or bike one can ride to Hauptbahnhof (the main train station in vienna) in less than 10 minutes.
In walking distance are multiple supermarkets as well as drugstores and other necessary shops.
The shopping street Favoritenstraße is 15 minutes walking distance or 3 stops by bus.
Der derzeitige Bewohner bevorzugt eher ein ruhigeres Wohnen. Spieleabende oder ähnliche Aktivitäten können gern organisiert werde. Daweil lebt ein Kater namens Oreo in der Wohnung. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist katzenfrei.
The current resident prefers quiet and comfortable living. Gamenights and the like can always be organised. There is a cat named Orreo living in the flat. The room that will be rented is cat-free.
Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Von Mikrowelle über Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine ist alles vorhanden.
Die Wohnung hat sehr gutes Internet und ein Modem, das W-Lan in jedes Zimmer bringen kann. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime.
Das Zimmer kann auch erst ab September bzw. Oktober verwendet werden.
The kitchen is fully furnished. From a microwave, a coffeemachine to a dishwasher everything is available.
There is very good internet and a modem that provides WiFi in every room. There also is a washingmachine in the flat to be used as needed. In the living room there is a Television with Netflix and Prime on it.
The room can also only be rented from september / october onwards.
