Hi. I am Ehsan 31, people call me ED. I am looking for someone to take my room in this shared flat because I am moving to my own place. It is customary that each flatmate finds himself or herself the next tenant. Since I am the main tenant and I have the main contract with the landldy, you need to sign a main rental contract with the landlady and then three subcontracts with the flatmates. This is allowed and mentioned in the main contract.
This shared flat has been a shared flat for the past 10 years and it has always worked out like this.
As mentioned the rent is 350 all included (except for the water boiler check up every year which is about 120 per year for the whole flat).
Deposit is 550.
The room will be empty and without furniture.
