gemütliches Zimmer für den Sommer in 3er WG

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut verbunden:
- Straßenbahn Badner Bahn vor dem Haus
- Bus Linie 59A 2 Minuten
- Sbahn Linien 7 Minuten
- U4 und U6 10 Minuten
- Mit allen Linien kommt man in die Innenstadt, mit der S-Bahn hat man eine direkte Verbindung zum Flughafen oder Hauptbahnhof

Daneben gibt es in der Umgebung alle Lände, die man im Alltag braucht:
-Supermärkte und drogerie 2-5 Minuten
- Apotheke 5 Minuten
- Post 10 Minuten

Vor dem Wohnhaus ist noch ein schöner Park, um frischen Luft zu schnappen und die Sonne zu genießen :). Der Schloss Schönbrunn ist ebenfalls durch einem 20-minutigen Spaziergang erreichbar.

The apartment is very well connected:

- With all these lines, you can reach the city center. With the S-Bahn, there is a direct connection to the airport or main train station.

Additionally, in the surrounding area, you'll find all the amenities you need in everyday life:

- Post office is 10 minutes away

In front of the residential building, there is a lovely park to get some fresh air and enjoy the sun :). Schönbrunn Palace is also reachable by a 20-minute walk.

Wir sind zu dritt in der WG und treffen uns gerne spontan im Wohnzimmer, um einen Tee oder Kakao zu trinken, zusammen zu essen oder auch nur zu plaudern.

Hannah (30) ist Krankenpflegerin und arbeitet im Krankenhaus. Im Sommer ist sie immer an der Donau beim Baden zu finden – und sonst ab und zu im Wohnzimmer beim Tee trinken.
Lara (22) macht ihren Bachelor in Politikwissenschaft. Sie ist sprachbegeistert, treibt gerne Sport und ist im Sommer auch immer an der Donau.
Ich bin Chiara (27) und mache ein Master in Internationale Entwicklung :) Da ich aber für 4 Monate weg bin, möchte ich mein Zimmer an eine nette und entspannte Person untervermieten.

Wir suchen also jemanden, der gut in unsere Konstellation passt. Das heißt, jemandem, dem Sauberkeit, Ruhe und Privatsphäre wichtig sind, aber der auch ab und zu Lust auf gemeinsame Aktivitäten hat. Wir möchten die Wohnung gerne weiterhin mit Liebe und Leben füllen – wir sind keine Party- oder Zweck-WG.

We are three in the shared apartment and enjoy spontaneously meeting in the living room for a cup of tea or hot chocolate, eat together or chat.

Hannah (30) is a nurse and works at the hospital. In the summer, you can always find her swimming in the Danube – and otherwise, occasionally in the living room enjoying tea.
Lara (22) is studying for her Bachelor's degree in Political Science. She is passionate about languages, enjoys going to the gym, and also to spend time by the Danube.
I'm Chiara (27), pursuing a Master's degree in International Development :) As I will be away for four months for an internship, I would like to sublet my room to a kind and relaxed person.

We are looking for someone who fits well into our dynamic. This means someone for whom cleanliness, peace, and privacy are important, but who also occasionally enjoys participating in shared activities. We'd like to continue filling the apartment with love and life – we are not a party flat.

Nur noch zwei Kleinigkeiten:

- Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum sind ziemlich flexibel. Das können wir bei der Besichtigung genauer besprechen.
- Der Mietpreis muss noch angepasst werden, aber der Unterschied wird tatsächlich nicht so groß sein.

Only two small things left:

- Move-in and move-out dates are quite flexible. We can discuss this in more detail during the viewing.
- The rental price still needs to be adjusted, but the difference won't be that significant.
