Zusätzlich stehen im Gebäude ein Lift, Fahrradabstellplätze im Hof und ein Kellerabteil zur Verfügung.
Das frei werdende Zimer ist ca. 15m2 groß und sehr hell. Es ist mit einem IKEA MALM Bett mit Matratze, einem großen IKEA PAX Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischsessel, einem Nachttisch, einem Hänge- und einem Bücherregal ausgestattet und wird möbliert übergeben.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a renovated old building in Meidling. It has a total of 3 rooms, a kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. The building also has an elevator, bicycle parking spaces in the courtyard and a cellar compartment.
The vacant room is approx. 15m2 in size and very bright. It is equipped with an IKEA MALM bed with mattress, a large IKEA PAX closet, a desk with desk chair, a bedside table, a hanging shelf and a bookshelf and will be handed over furnished.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Meidling. Die U-Bahnstation Bahnhof Meidling (U6) sowie die Station Meidling Hauptstraße (U4) sind beide in ca. 7 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die Meidlinger Hauptstraße mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der Schlosspark Schönbrunn sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.

The apartment is located in Meidling. The subway station Bahnhof Meidling (U6) and the station Meidling Hauptstraße (U4) can both be reached on foot in approx. 7 minutes. Meidlinger Hauptstraße with its numerous shopping facilities and Schönbrunn Park are also within easy walking distance.
Derzeit leben drei Personen in der Wohnung. Catalina zieht nach 4 Jahren aus der WG aus, da sie ihre eigene Wohnung gefunden hat. Sofie und Anugya bleiben in Meidling. :) Sofie ist eine 27 Jahre alte Designstudentin aus den USA. In ihrer Freizeit malt sie gerne, wandert und fährt Rollschuh. Anugya kommt aus Nepal. Sie macht zurzeit ihren Master in Gender Studies und hat immer die besten Gewürze zum Kochen zu Hause.

There are currently three people living in the apartment. Catalina is moving out of the shared flat after 4 years as she has found her own apartment. Sofie and Anugya are staying in Meidling. :) Sofie is a 27-year-old design student from the USA. In her free time, she enjoys painting, hiking and roller skating. Anugya comes from Nepal. She is currently doing her Masters in Gender Studies and always has the best spices for cooking at home.
