In our apartment we are looking for new flatmate for a big, well illuminated 20m2 room that is completely furnished.

-There are 5 rooms in total (5 people including you), 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 entrances to the flat (it used to be 2 apartments).
Flat has a small keller included and next to the keller there is s bicycle room
The room is furnished! You can even get bed sheets and other useful objects that our previous flatmate left!

Top Lage gleich an der U4/U6 Station Längenfeldgasse (30m), mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Hofer, Billa, Penny, Bipa) in unter 5 Minuten. In nur 6 MInuten mit der Ubahn beim Karlsplatz. Außerdem gibt es einen Tankstellenshop, der durchgehend geöffnet hat.
Very good location right next to the U4/U6 metro (30m) with lot of shopping options within 5 min diameter. It takes only 6min to city center (Karsplatz) with the metro. On the top of that there is gas station that is open everyday till midnight and has small grocery store in it. This is very convenient especially during Sundays and holidays.
Zurzeit leben 4 Frauen in der WG (Viki aus Österreich, Judit aus Ungarn, April aus Philippinen und Lucia aus Spanien). Wir alle arbeiten. Wir sind eine freundliche, internationale und entspannte Gruppe. Obwohl 5 Leute nach viel klingen ist die Wohnung nicht zu voll, weil die meisten von uns am Wochenende oft weg sind und unter der Woche erst am Abend heimkommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit 2 Eingängen und 2 Badezimmern. Wir kommen sehr gut miteinander aus und chillen gemeinsam, wenn wir Zeit dafür haben.
We are currently 4 girls in the flat (Viki from Austria, Judit from Hungary, April from Philippines and Lucia from Spain). All of us are working. We are very friendly and easy going international bunch of people. Even though it might seem that the flat might be bit packed because it is 5 of us (with you) the opposite is true. The most of us spend the day out and come home only towards the evening. On the top of it, the flat is quite big (120m2 and 2 bathrooms and 2 entrances). However, we go along very well and like to hang out together if there is a time.
