The flat is on the 3rd floor of an old building in Schonbrunner schloßstraße.
The room is big about 20m2 and you only need to share the entrance with Michelle and her dog because she live in the connected room and you have to pass her room to get to your room.

Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 m2 groß und Sie müssen nur den Eingang mit Michelle und ihrem Hund teilen, da sie im angrenzenden Zimmer wohnt und Sie an ihrem Zimmer vorbeigehen müssen, um zu Ihrem Zimmer zu gelangen.

The location is in the 12th district near schonbrunn schloß it’s only 7 mins with walking.
The 10A bus is only 1min by walk and U4 with 5 mins to meidling station and U6 8mins neiderhofstraße station.
A spar is also close only 1 min by walk.

You are gonna share the apartment with me (Arghavan, 24- jessy, 26- and michelle 25) me and jessy are studying and michelle is working. We are respectful and have our own privacy , the walls are thick so we never have problem with being loud , we have a cleaning plan schedule which we try to stick to it.
Du wirst die Wohnung mit mir teilen (Arghavan, 24 – Jessy, 26 – und Michelle 25). Ich und Jessy studieren und Michelle arbeitet. Wir sind respektvoll und haben unsere eigene Privatsphäre, die Wände sind dick, also haben wir nie Probleme damit, laut zu sein, wir haben einen Reinigungsplan, an den wir uns zu halten versuchen.
