Dein mögliches neues Zimmer befindet sich in einer großen, ruhigen Altbau-Wohnung im wunderschönen Penzing nahe Schloss Schönbrunn. Das große Fenster gibt viel Tageslicht und lässt den großzügig geschnittenen Raum mit den hohen Decken (3,30m) freundlich und hell erscheinen.
Wir haben einen Parkettboden in der gesamten Wohnung (außer in Küche und Bad), weshalb du auch in deinem Zimmer einen schönen Holzboden vorfinden wirst. Die Wände sind weiß gestrichen.
In der Ablöse wäre u.a. auch ein Anteil an unserer neuen Waschmaschine, Herd etc. inkludiert. :)
Zu unserer schmucken Wohnung:
Küche (mit allen nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet; inklusive Geschirrspüler und Milchaufschäumer), Badezimmer (inklusive Waschmaschine), separate Toilette, großes Wohnzimmer, Gang mit kleinem Balkon.
Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer neuen Hauptmieterin, damit unsere WG weiter bestehen kann. Was genau das konkret für dich bedeutet, können wir gerne bei der Besichtigung im Detail besprechen.

Your potential new room is located in a large, quiet flat in an old building in beautiful Penzing near Schönbrunn Palace. The large window provides plenty of daylight.
We have parquet flooring throughout the flat (except in the kitchen and bathroom), which is why you will also find a beautiful wooden floor in your room. The walls are painted white.
The rent would also include a share of our new washing machine, cooker etc. :)
The furniture in the room can stay and price can be negotiated for it.
About our flat:
Kitchen (equipped with all necessary utensils; including dishwasher and milk frother), bathroom (including washing machine), separate toilet, large living room, hallway with small balcony.
