Es misst 8 Quadratmeter und ist mit einem Tisch, Stuhl, Bett mit Matratze, Regalen, einer Kleiderstange und einem großen, wunderschönen Fenster bis zur Decke direkt neben dem Tisch ausgestattet. Die Wände sind weiß, und die Decken sind sehr hoch.
In der Wohnung gibt es ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie eine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Dunstabzugshaube, vielen Schränken zur Aufbewahrung, einem Bereich zum Kochen und Essen sowie einem Wasserkocher! Im Gebäude gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner im Keller. Außerdem steht ein Platz für die Aufbewahrung von Fahrrädern zur Verfügung.
Das Zimmer kann NUR AN MÄDCHEN vermietet werden! Es ist wichtig, alles sauber zu halten und die Nachbarn zu respektieren. Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten: Wasser, Heizung, Strom und WiFi. Bitte senden Sie eine Nachricht, wenn Sie interessiert sind, und stellen Sie sich kurz vor.

It measures 8 square meters and is equipped with a table, chair, bed with mattress, shelves, a clothes rail, and a large beautiful window reaching up to the ceiling right next to the table. In the apartment, there is a spacious shared bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, stove, extractor hood, plenty of storage cabinets, a cooking and dining area, and a kettle! There is also a washing machine and a dryer in the basement of the building. Additionally, there is a space available for bicycle storage.
The room can ONLY be rented out to GIRLS! It's crucial to keep everything clean and respect your neighbors. The rent includes all utilities: water, heating, electricity, and WiFi. Please send a message if you are interested and introduce yourself a little.

Die Post ist auch gleich gegenüber. Es gibt viele andere Cafés und Restaurants, und wichtig ist auch, dass der Westbahnhof mit der Straßenbahn in 5 Minuten erreichbar ist, wo Sie alles kaufen können, und Billa sonntags geöffnet ist.

The area is well-developed, with Billa and Spar just a 2-minute walk away, a pharmacy in the building, and Gota Coffee a quick 2-minute stroll—the perfect place for coffee, studying, and weekend brunches! The post office is also right across the street. There are many other cafes and restaurants, and importantly, Westbahnhof is 5 minutes away by tram, where you can find everything you need, and Billa is open on Sundays too.
