Die Lage ist top! Kurze Fußwege zur U6 Stadthalle (und damit auch zum Gürtel) und U3 Schweglerstraße, zudem einige Straßenbahnen und Supermärkte eine Straße weiter. Die Stadthalle ist nebenan mit dem Schwimmbad, von den Konzerten bekommt man allerdings nichts mit. Zudem ist man schnell beim Cafe Kriemhild und im 7. Bezirk.
The location is top! Short walking distance to the U6 Stadthalle (and thus also to the Gürtel) and U3 Schweglerstraße, plus some trams and supermarkets one street away. The Stadthalle is next door with the swimming pool, but you don't hear anything from the concerts. You can also quickly get to Cafe Kriemhild and the 7th district.
Du lebst zusammen mit Zaid und Arnaud, die beide lieber Englisch sprechen. Die beiden sind sehr entspannt und hören abends gerne mal Musik. Es ist immer mal wieder was los in der WG, unter der Woche ist es allerdings eher ruhig.
Zudem lebt bei uns Emma, Zaids Katze, die sehr liebenswert und zutraulich ist.
You live with Zaid and Arnaud, who both prefer to speak English. They are very relaxed and like to listen to music in the evenings. There is always something going on in the shared flat, but during the week it is rather quiet.
Emma, Zaid's cat, also lives with us and is very lovable and trusting.
Die 200 Euro Kaution würde ich für den Schlüssel einbehalten. Die gibt es dann natürlich sofort wieder zurück wenn die Mietzeit vorbei ist.
I would keep the 200 euro deposit for the key. Of course, it will be returned immediately when the rental period is over.
