are you looking for a fully furnished room 30 minutes away from the city-centre and directly linked to the Universität für Bodenkultur? Then this room is for you.
The appartement is fully equipped with a large bathroom and separated toilets. We also have our own washing machine.
In the kitchen you will find anything you need to cook, including an oven and a dishwasher.
This appartement is perfect if you if you don't want to carry a lot of furniture around and like to have your own space.
The appartement has 4 rooms and from the end of June two of them are available. They can be rented separately or together, it doesn't matter.
They all have a double bed, a desk with a chair, a wardrobe, a big mirror and some lamps or bedside table. The bed also comes with pillows and blankets so you won't have to buy anything! The room are very well isolated from any noise and are very sunny all day long! You will have to buy back all the furniture of the room for 300€ each.

Bist du auf der Suche nach einer möblierten Wohnung 30 minuten entfernt vom Stadt Zentrum oder die Universiäten ? Dann ist diese WG für dich.
Diese WG hat 4 Zimmer und ab Anfang July sind zwei Zimmer frei. Die Zimmer Können einzeln oder zusammen gemitten werden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgerüstet mit grossem Badezimmer mit getrenntes WC und Waschmaschine.
Die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgerustet mit vieles zum Kochen und Backofen und Spülmaschine.
Die zwei Zimmer sind möbliert mit einem Doppelbett, ein Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl, ein Schrank und Regale. Jeder Zimmer hat auch Kopfkissen und Bettdecke. Die Zimmer sind gross, sehr gut isoliert und hell. Die Möble mussen von uns zuruck gekauft werden.
In the area, you will find a Billa at 5 minutes from foot and a Lidl at 10.
The U-Bahn stop is HütteldorferStrasse and is at 7 minutes. The S-Bahn stop is Breitensee and is only at 10 minutes’ walk!
The closest bus are the 10A or 12B at 5 minutes’ walk and gets you directly to the BOKU.
The area is calm and has a small park close-by.
Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle HütteldorferStraße ist 7 Minuten entfernt. Die S-Bahn-Haltestelle Breitensee ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt!
Der nächstgelegene Bus ist der 10A oder 12B, der 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist und Sie direkt zur BOKU bringt.
Die Gegend ist ruhig und hat einen kleinen Park in der Nähe.
In the WG, you will be 4 people in the end. As 2 of us are leaving, only 2 will remain. They are very nice, calm and clean people.
They ike to share meal sometimes and talk to eachother. He never says no to having a glass of wine!
In der WG werdet ihr am Ende 4 Personen sein. Da 2 von uns gehen, werden nur 2 übrig bleiben. Sie sind sehr nette, ruhige und saubere Leute. Sie mögen manchmal gemeinsam zu essen und sich zu unterhalten. Er sagt nie nein zu einem Glas Wein!
