A large, bright furnished room of about 22 sqm will be free for 3 weeks: July 14, 2024 - January 5, 2025.
The room is very quiet and is equipped with everything shown in the photos, everything stays. The room is accessed via a small shared hallway connected to the kitchen (as with all the others).
The windows look out onto a quiet little street, which leads to the Auer Welsbach Park (2 minutes' walk away) and Schlosspark Schönbrunn (5').
Quick brainstorming about flat atmosphere and living together:
environmental friendly, tolerance & respectfulness, open-minded, recycling, quality over quantity, books over TV, regular cleaning, sharing is caring, international, travel loving, friendly and laid-back atmosphere.
You will have 2 flatmates (with their own rooms of course).
We're up for having people come over, have (dinner) parties occasionally, movies nights, cozy hangouts etc., though at the same time don't want to have to beg for peace when feel like sleeping, especially during the working week-days. Cleanliness of the common areas is very important.

The flat is located in a side street 3 mins (door to door) away from Schönbrunn U4 station in 15th district.
1 minute to bus 57A, 3.5 minutes to 10A - you'll have very convenient connections to the citycenter! All the shopping can be done within walking distance, and we have Hofer literally 30sec walk from the doorstep.
It is also a very green area with the parks of Schönbrunn and Auer von Welsbach just around the corner!

In general: environmental friendly, tolerance & respectfulness, open-minded, recycling and minimalism vs. consumerism, quality over quantity, books over TV, (cigarette) smoke free, regular cleaning, sharing is caring, international, travel loving, friendly and laid-back atmosphere.
You will have 2 flatmates (with their own rooms of course).

The rent (490€) is all inclusive, so no extra or hidden expenses for internet, electricity.
