Ich verlasse meine Wohnung nach 5 Jahren des Zusammenlebens mit meinen Freunden. Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung im 15. Bezirk mit 4 Schlafzimmern (alle gleich groß), zwei Toiletten (jeweils mit Dusche und WC), einem Wohnzimmer mit Küche und einer Öffnung zu unserem privaten Garten. Mein Zimmer ist 12 m2 groß und hat ein Fenster zum Innengarten und wird ab dem 1.02.2022 bezugsfertig sein.
Meine Mitbewohnerinnen sind drei italienische Mädchen👩🏼👩🏻👩🏼, alle heißen Francesca (eine ist 25, eine 24 und eine 23 Jahre alt). Die Girls sind sehr nett und lustig, zwei von ihnen studieren, während die dritte arbeitet, aber das Studentenleben hat sie nicht losgelassen. Sie sind Liebhaber des italienischen Essens 🍕🧁 und treffen sich gerne zum Essen oder gehen auf ein Bier 🍻 in ein Wiener Lokal. Sie sprechen fließend italienisch, deutsch, englisch und ein bisschen spanisch und französisch. Ich hoffe, dass sich viele von euch für das Zimmer in dieser sehr coolen WG interessieren, bis dahin bye bye!!!

I´m leaving my flat after 5 years of living together with my friends. It is a very nice flat in the 15th district with 4 sleeping rooms (all of the same size), two toilets (each one with shower and wc), a living room with kitchen and an opening to our private garden. My room is 12 m2 big with has a window to the inner garden and WILL BE AVAIABLE FROM THE 1.02.2022.
My flatmates are three italian girls👩🏼👩🏻👩🏼, all named Francesca (one is 25, one 24 and one 23 years old). The girls are very nice and funny, two of them are studying, while the third is working, but didn´t loose the student-life vibe. They are italian-food 🍕🧁lovers and like to gather toghether for dinner or to go and drink a beer 🍻 in a viennese pub. They speak very fluently italian, german, english and a little bit of spanish and french. I hope to find many of you interested for the room in this very cool WG, till then bye bye!!
Die Wohnung ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Ubahnstation U3 SCHWEGLERSTRAßE in einer sehr ruhige Platz.
The apartment is 2 mins by walking from the next metro station U3 SCHWEGLERSTRAßE and it's in a very quiet place.
