Unsere Wohnung liegt im Wiener Westen - nur 10min vom Schloss Schönbrunn und 15min vom Westbahnhof entfernt!
Der 15. Wiener Bezirk ist ein vielfältiger Stadtteil mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Parks und bester Anbindung zum Zentrum. Das Schloss Schönbrunn mit dem beeindruckenden Schlosspark, dem Tierpark und dem Lustschloss Gloriette sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Unsere Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und entspannt, perfekt um nach einem Tag im Trubel des Stadtkerns zur Ruhe zu kommen.
Unsere Wohngemeinschaft hat zwei Stockwerke - im unteren Stockwerk findest Du Wohnzimmer und große Wohnküche, im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich die Privatzimmer mit Bädern, Wintergarten und ruhiger Terrasse zum Hinterhof.
In zwei unserer vier Zimmer werden aktuell Gäste empfangen - alle anderen Bereiche werden als geteilt, fühl dich wie zuhause, nutz die bestens ausgestattete Küche, das geräumige gemütliche Wohnzimmer, den Wintergarten...
Wir, Jonas und Robert, wohnen hier ganz gewöhnlich in der Wohngemeinschaft - lass uns gerne Kaffee gemeinsam trinken oder besprechen, wie wir euch euren Aufenthalt in der Stadt mit Tipps versüßen können!

Our flat is located in the west of Vienna - just 10 minutes from Schönbrunn Palace and 15 minutes from the Westbahnhof railway station!
The 15th district of Vienna is a diverse neighbourhood with many shopping facilities, restaurants, parks and excellent connections to the city centre. Schönbrunn Palace with the impressive palace park, the zoo and the Gloriette pleasure palace are all within walking distance. Our neighbourhood is quiet and relaxed, perfect for relaxing after a day in the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
Our shared flat has two floors - on the lower floor you will find the living room and large kitchen, on the upper floor are the private rooms with bathrooms, conservatory and quiet terrace overlooking the rear courtyard.
We currently receive guests in two of our four rooms - all other areas are shared, make yourself at home, use the well-equipped kitchen, the spacious cosy living room, the conservatory...
