Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für das größte vollmöblierte Zimmer (21m²) in unserer gemütlichen 3er-WG im 16. Bezirk. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und sehr hell (Ostseite). Sowohl die Küche als auch das Zimmer ist bereits mit allem was du brauchen könntest ausgestattet. Du musst auch keine Ablöse für die Möbel zahlen, da sie von den Vermietern gestellt werden.
Im Mietpreis sind die Warmwasser- und die Heizkosten enthalten. Da der Wohnung ein Eigentümerwechsel bevorsteht, müssten wir uns noch gemeinsam um die Strom-, Internet- und die Haushaltsversicherungskosten kümmern.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem neuen Geschirrspüler, einer Mikrowelle, einer Filterkaffeemaschine, Geschirr und Töpfen. Die Gemeinschaftswaschküche befindet sich im Erdgeschoss aber keine Sorge, der Lift bringt dich wieder bequem in den vierten Stock. Das Bad und die Toilette sind getrennt voneinander verwendbar.
We are looking for a new flatmate for the largest fully furnished room (21m²) in our cosy 3-bed flat share in the 16th district. The room is fully furnished and very bright (east side). Both the kitchen and the room are already equipped with everything you might need. You do not have to pay for the furniture as it is provided by the landlord.
The rent includes hot water and heating costs. As the flat is about to change hands, we would have to take care of the electricity, internet and household insurance costs together.
The kitchen is equipped with a new dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, crockery and pots and pans. The communal laundry room is located on the ground floor, but don't worry, the lift will take you comfortably back up to the fourth floor. The bathroom and toilet can be used separately
Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich die 44-er Bim-Station Frauengasse. Mit der Straßenbahn ist der Campus altes AKH sowie die Hauptuni in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar; die Linien 2 und 9 sind nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt und auch die U6 ist nicht weit entfernt.
Ein Lidl und FitInn sind auch gegenüber, SPAR, BILLA und BIPA befinden sich in unmittelbarer Gehweite. Die Ottakringer Brauerei, der Brunnenmarkt und der Gürtel sind auch nicht weit entfernt :)
The 44 tram stop Frauengasse is right on the doorstep. The Altes AKH campus and the main university can be reached by tram in around 15 minutes; lines 2 and 9 are just a two-minute walk away and the U6 underground line is also not far away.
A Lidl and FitInn are also opposite, SPAR, BILLA and BIPA are within walking distance. The Ottakringer brewery, the Brunnenmarkt and the Gürtel are also not far away :)

Matthias: Ich bin 28 Jahre alt, studiere Publizistik- und Kommunikationeswissenschaften an der Uni Wien und befinde mich im Endspurt meines Studiums. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich am liebsten mit Freunden oder draußen in der Natur oder vor dem Klavier. Ich bin immer für einen Drink in einer Bar oder einen Konzertbesuch zu haben, bin gerne sportlich aktiv (Laufen, wandern, longboarden, snowboarden, fußball spielen, kickboxen) und sonst auch für jeden Spaß zu haben :)
Marta: Ich bin 23 Jahre alt und studiere International Business im Rahmen meines Masterstudiums an der Universität Wien. Ich versuche, meine Freizeit aktiv zu verbringen - Tanzen, Inlineskaten, Yoga usw. Ich gehe aber auch gerne mit Freunden in Museen oder auf einen Drink aus.

Matthias: I'm 28 years old, I'm studying journalism and communication sciences at the University of Vienna and I'm in the final stages of my degree. I like to spend my free time with friends or outside in nature or in front of the piano. I'm always up for a drink in a bar or a concert, I like sports (running, hiking, longboarding, snowboarding, playing football, kickboxing) and I'm always up for fun :)
Marta: I am 23 years old and studying international business at the University of Vienna for my master's degree. I try to spend my free time actively - dancing, rollerblading, yoga etc. I'm equally enthusiastic about going out with friends to museums or for some drinks.
Das Einzugsdatum können wir uns flexibel ausmachen, da das Zimmer zurzeit schon frei ist. Falls du gerade nicht in Wien sein solltest, kannst du das Zimmer auch gerne Online besichtigen.
