Da ich kommendes Wintersemester eine Erasmussemester mache, wird mein Zimmer von September bis Jänner frei. Das Zimmer kann bis mindestens Ende Dezember gemietet werden und maximal bis Ende Jänner.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock und verfügt über 3 getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad mit separatem WC und einem Esszimmer.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 20 m² groß und hat zwei große Fenster durch die der Raum sehr gut beleuchtet wird. Die Möbel bleiben alle im Zimmer und können von dir genutzt werden.

Since I'll be abroad during the upcoming winter semester, my room will be available for rent from September to January.
The flat is on the 3rd floor and has 3 separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a separate toilet, and a dining room. The room for rent is 20 m² in size and has two large windows. The furniture will remain in the room and can be used by you.
Die Wohnung liegt super angebunden im 16. Bezirk.
Billa, Lidl und Spar sind alle in ca. 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Linien 10A, 2 und 33 befinden sich auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Zur U3 und der S45 gelangt man in nur 10 Minuten.
Zur BOKU braucht man ca. 15 Minuten und die Hauptuni erreicht man in ca. 20 Minuten mit den Öffis.

The apartment is very good located.
Supermarkets like Billa, Lidl, and Spar are only a 5-minute walk away.
The lines 10A, 2, and 33 are very close nearby.
You can reach the lines U3 and S45 in just 10 minutes.
It takes about 15 minutes to get to BOKU and about 20 minutes to reach the main university by public transport.
Du würdest mit Hemma und Birgit zusammen wohnen. Hemma (19) studiert Umwelt- und Bioressourcenmanagement an der BOKU im 5. Semester. Birgit (20) studiert Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege an der FH im 3. Semester. Das WG Leben ist aus der perfekten Kombination von Quatschen auf dem Flur, gemeinsamen kochen und backen und Zeit für einen selbst geprägt.

You would be living together with Hemma and Birgit. Hemma (19) is studying Environmental and Bioresource Management at BOKU in her 5th semester. Birgit (20) is studying Health and Nursing in her 3rd semester. The shared living experience is characterized by the perfect combination of chatting in the hallway, cooking or baking together, and having time for oneself.
