Ab Mai vermiete ich das Zimmer, welches auf den Fotos zu sehen ist bis maximal Ende Oktober 2024
Die Miete inkludiert: Internet, Betriebskosten (Wasser, Gas, Strom), alle zwei Wochen putzt eine Putzfrau die Gemeinschaftsräume. Eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Utensilien und Geräten sowie Grundlegendes wie Geschirrtücher und Gewürze, etc.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und mit allem Grundlegenden ausgestattet wie Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Schränke, Bettzeug. Sprich alles was man für einen Aufenthalt für ein paar Monate braucht.
Aktuell renoviere ich den Flur, es wird dort ebenfalls einen großen Schrank geben.
Basic information about the apartment:
I will rent the room, which can be seen on the photos from May till latest end of October 2023.
The rent includes: Internet, running costs (water, gas, electricity), every two weeks a cleaning lady cleans the common areas. A fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances.
The room is fully furnished, and also equipped with bedsheeds, linens, pillows and everything you need for a short stay without a need of buying it. Otherwise, there will bbe a closet in the hallway, perfect for shoes, jackets and suitcases. (at the moment I am renovating)
Die Lage ist sehr zentral nähe Volksoper, nah zur Innenstadt und zur Uni. Zwei Straßenbahnen und die U6 sind ich unmittelbarer Gehnähe.
The location is very central near the Volksoper, close to the city center and the university. Two trams and the U6 are within walking distance.
Ich wohne seit über 10 Jahren in WGs und habe nun ein WG/Gästezimmer, welches ich immer wieder für ein paar Monate vermiete. Die letzten 2 Jahren hatte ich vor allem Mitbewohner:innen, die beruflich ein paar Monate in Wien verbracht haben.
Zusammenleben: ich freue mich über ein respektvolles gemeinsames Wohnen, mit einem guten Mix aus gemeinsam mal etwas unternehmen, aber auch alleinige sein können.
Ansonsten arbeite ich Vollzeit, mach regelmäßig Sport und lade gerne Freund:innen ein.
In der Zeit, wenn das Zimmer nicht vermietet ist, habe ich Familie und Freunde zu besuch.

I have been living in shared flats for over 10 years. I now have a shared/guest room which I rent out for a few months every now and then. The last 2 years I had mainly roommates who spent a few months in Vienna on business.
Living together: I am happy about a respectful shared living, with a good mix of spending time together, but also being able to be alone.
Otherwise I work full time, do sports regularly and like to invite friends.
In the times when the room is not rented, I usually have family and friends to visit me.
