Zwischenmiete in gemütlicher 2er WG/Sublet in a cozy 2-person shared flat

Die Lage der Wohnung ist echt top! Die 2er Bim und die U-Bahnlinie U6 Dresdnerstraße sind quasi direkt vor der Tür, genauso wie der Bus 5A. In nur etwa 7 Minuten bist du schon an der S-Bahn-Station Traisengasse, der Hauptbahnhof ist also in ca. 20 Minuten locker erreichbar.
In 4 Minuten erreichst du die Brigittapassage mit Spar, DM und der Post. Billa, Hofer und Lidl sind ebenfalls schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, das Einkaufszentrum Millenium City ist ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Und wenn du mal raus ins Grüne willst, bist du relativ schnell im Augarten. Mit der U-Bahn brauchst du nur 5 Minuten zur Donauinsel (besonders im Sommer perfekt zum Baden).

The location of the apartment is really excellent! The tram line 2 and the U-Bahn (subway) line U6 at Dresdnerstraße are practically right outside the door, as well as bus 5A. In just about 7 minutes, you're already at the Traisengasse S-Bahn station, so the main train station is easily reachable in about 20 minutes.
In 4 minutes, you can reach the Brigittapassage with Spar, DM, and the post office. Billa, Hofer, and Lidl are also within walking distance, and the Millennium City shopping center is approximately a 10-minute walk away.
And if you ever want to head out into the greenery, you're relatively quickly in the Augarten. With the U-Bahn, it only takes 5 minutes to reach the Donauinsel (especially perfect for swimming in the summer).

Da ich von Februar bis Juli ein Auslandssemester in Lissabon machen werden, suche ich für die Zeit eine neue Mitbewohnerin für Kathi. Kathi kommt aus Österreich und lebt schon länger hier. Das Zusammenwohnen mit ihr ist super entspannt. Kathi ist eine sehr liebe, offene und lustige Person. Sie ist sehr aktiv und ist eig fast immer unterwegs, sei es was mit Freunden unternehmen oder jeden Tag in der Donau baden. Sie veranstaltet gerne Brunches oder Kochabende oder einfach nur entspannte get-togethers und ist allgemein eine sehr gesellige Person.

Gemeinsame Wohnfläche: Wir haben ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit einer Vintagecouch (auf die wir sehr stolz sind). Es eignet sich perfekt zum gemütlichen Beisammensitzen, Abendessen, für Filmabende oder einfach nur zum entspannen.
In unserer Küche ist es schwerer was zu finden das wir nicht haben, wir sind also recht gut ausgestattet.

Since I will be doing a semester abroad in Lisbon from February to July, I am looking for a new roommate for Kathi during that time. Kathi is from Austria and has been living in Vienna for quite a while. Living with her is super relaxed. Kathi is a very sweet, open, and fun person. She is very active and is almost always on the go, whether it's doing things with friends or swimming in the Danube every day. She enjoys hosting brunches or cooking evenings, or just having relaxed get-togethers, and she is generally a very sociable person.

Shared living space: We have a small living room with a vintage couch (of which we are very proud). It's perfect for cozy gatherings, dinners, movie nights, or just relaxing. In our kitchen, it's harder to find something we don't have – we are quite well-equipped.
