Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer inkl. Badewanne nur für dich alleine!
Das frei werdende Zimmer ist im 1. Stock, wo sich 5 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wäschekammerl, 3 (von 5) Toiletten und 2 (von 4) Badezimmern des Hauses befinden. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es 1 weiteres Zimmer u im Keller (Untergeschoss) nochmal 2, als auch je EG + Keller ein WC und je in Badezimmer + Gemeinschaftsräume. In der getrennten Küche gibts genug Platz zum Kochen und Zusammensitzen. Von einem großen Wohn-Esszimmer geht's in den Wintergarten, weiter auf die Terrasse und in den Garten. Im Untergeschoss haben wir eine Sauna und einen Holzofen.

The available room is on the first floor, where you’ll find 5 bedrooms in total, one storage room, 3 out of 5 toilets and 2 out of 4 bathrooms. The ground floor has 1, the basement 2 bedrooms and each floor has at least 1 bathroom. We have plenty of common spaces, including a large living/dining-room with an adjacent winter garden, a terrace and access to the garden. There r also a sauna + wooden stove in the basement.
Das Haus ist öffentlich gut an das Stadtzentrum angeschlossen, die S-Bahn Station Süßenbrunn ist zu Fuß in 3 Minuten erreicht.
Unserer Einkäufe bekommen wir via FoodCoop direkt ins Haus geliefert (€ 100/Person/Monat deckt alles ab), dh Einkäufe sind zwar ums Eck möglich, aber nicht wirklich nötig.
Beste: 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt liegt der Süßenbrunner Badeteich. Ein Traum zum Spazieren u Baden.
Zusatz bzgl. Barrierefreiheit: Die Hauseingänge vorne und hinten sind leider nur über Stufen zu erreichen, genauso wie die verschiedenen Stockwerke im Haus.

The house is very well connected to the city center. You reach the trainstation Süßenbrunn within 3 minutes by foot.
Our food + routine products r delivered straight into our garage by our foodcoop (€ 100/person/month covers it all) - additional shopping is possible just around the corner, but not really necessary.
A 5 min bike ride takes you in 5min to the Süssenbrunner lake, where u can take a wonderful stroll or swim.
Regarding accessibility: The front and back entrance to the house are unfortunately accessible only via the stairs, as well as the various floors of the house.
Villa Marilla wurde 2015 als Ort für ein gemeinsames, solidarisches Leben gegründet. Benannt ist die Villa nach dem großen Marillenbaum im Garten ♡
Wir sind ein Verein, über den das Haus gemietet wird und der als FoodCoop fungiert, über die wir unser Essen (hauptsächlich bio, regional, saisonal, vegan) und auch die meisten anderen Verbrauchtsprodukte wie Reinigungsmittel, Pflegeprodukte, etc. gemeinschaftlich beziehen. Wir backen unser eigenes Brot, nutzen den Garten und treffen uns zum wöchentlichen Plenum.
Wir sind zwischen 25 und 40 Jahre alt, sind queer, genderqueer und haben Migrationsgeschichte. Wir leben vegetarisch und vegan und haben uns darauf geeinigt, im Haus kein Fleisch zu verarbeiten. Unsere 9. u 10. Mitbewohnis sind Oski, der kleine, wundervolle, blinde Hund + Keto, der fantastische, uns zugelaufene Kater. Oski u Keto wünschen sich, dass alle Mitbewohnis gerne mit ihnen leben und sich auch ein wenig an der Sorgearbeit für sie beteiligen. Leider können keine weiteren Hunde od Katzen bei uns einziehen.
Politische Haltung:
- patriarchats- sowie kapitalismuskritisch
- intersektional queer-feministisch
(Dazu gehört für uns: unsere Privilegien als weiße Personen kennen u teilen, weißen Feminismus zu dekonstruieren, Empowerment von trans, inter und nicht-binären Personen, BIPOC, migrantisierten Personen, Geflüchteten, Menschen mit Behinderung und Sexarbeitenden). Wir wünschen uns, dass neue Mitbewohnis diese Werte teilen.
Wir arbeiten in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Anti-Rassmismusarbeit, Trauma-Arbeit, Bäckerei und Lebensmittelherstellung, Videografie und Körperarbeit.

Villa Marilla was founded 2015 as a place for collective living in solidarity. It is named after the large apricot tree in our garden ♡
We are organised as an association, w which we rent the house and run a foodcoop. Therefore we order our (mainly vegan, organic, regional & seasonal) food as a community (such as vegetables, legumes and grains). We also bake our own bread, use the garden and get together for weekly plenaries.
We are between the ages of 25 and 40, queer, genderqueer and migrants. We live vegan and vegetarian lives and we agreed to keep the house meat free. Our 8th and 9th homies are Oski, the wonderful and blind little dog + Keto, the amazing cat who chose to live with us. Oski + Keto wish for the newbie to like animals, be sincerely happy to share their home with more-than-human cuties & wanna participate in some of their care work. Unfortunately, we can't offer the place to any additional dogs or cats.
Political Values:
- critical towards patriarchy and capitalism
- intersectional feminism
(These include to deconstruct white privileges + white feminism and empower trans, inter & n.b., BIPOC, disabled, migrant, refugee and sexworker rights!). We are looking for likeminded people who share our values.
We work in communication, anti-racism work, trauma-work, bakery and food production, videography and bodywork.

Miete = Mietzins + alle Nebenkosten + eine kleine Summe für Anschaffungen. Die meisten unserer Lebensmittel und Produkte bestellen wir über unseren Verein direkt ins Haus - das macht insg. € 654 (= Zimmermiete € + Essen € 100). So bekommen wir für große Mengen hochqualitativer, bio, regionaler und saisonaler Lebensmittel weitaus günstiger - und: Wir brauchen keinen Supermarkt ♡
Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Zimmer kann unmöbliert oder möbliert übernommen werden, je nachdem was du brauchst.

Rent = rent for the room + all additional costs (insurance, internet, etc) + a small contribution for household purchases. We order most our food and products collectively - the costs are in total € 617 (= room's rent € 517 + food € 100). That way we r getting big amounts of very high quality, seasonal and regional food to amazing prices - and: We manage to avoid the supermarkets ♡
The room can be adopted furnished or unfurnished, depending on your needs.
